The cashier, Das from Bangladesh, was exceptionally kind—he waited about 12 minutes to hand me my ordered pizza and the CA$5 combo snack from the store.

The CA$5 snack combo allows you to choose any 2 items from: Waffle Fries, 2 Dips, 2 cans of pop, garlic bread, or breadsticks.

I picked garlic bread and 2 cans of pop (355ml Bubly Sparkling Water-Lime + 355ml Diet Pepsi).

Das enthusiastically introduced Pizza Hut’s menu—my first visit to this branch was on Friday, April 11, 2025.

Das patiently explained the pizza varieties, mentioning a "pick-up pizza" with two toppings (beef and pepperoni) as a daily special at half-price.

He also noted that each day of the week features a half-price pizza, including:

Since my first visit was on a Friday, I followed Das’ recommendation and ordered a medium Chicken Caesar pizza.

The total payment was CA$17.00, including: One medium Chicken Caesar pizza (serves ~2-3 people) CA$5.00 worth of two snack items Self-added 5% tip (optional)

It was a great deal, and the food was quite refined.

The Chicken Caesar pizza’s outer crust was crispier from direct heat, while the inner crust remained denser.

The crispy outer crust’s flavor resembled a square bread from my hometown Chengdu, China.

The textural contrast made the eating experience intriguing, likely due to controlled baking temperatures and times.

The pizza had a strong cheese aroma when fresh, but after cooling, the blend of toppings became more pronounced.

The pizza had bold raw garlic notes, and ample fats enhanced the crust’s crispiness. Toppings included mozzarella and Parmesan.

Had a very disappointing experience at the Brentwood Pizza Hut in Calgary. The staff member at the counter seemed unaware of the current app promotions and couldn’t explain the pricing discrepancies, saying they only looked after this store and had no idea what online prices and app promotions were. The lack of clarity, poor training, and unfriendly service left a bad impression, and we ultimately chose not to buy from this location. We went to another Pizza Hut franchise nearby and received the same pizza with friendly customer service for a much lower price. It’s a beautiful spot in a beautiful part of town, the pizza is the best in the city and the staff are lovely, they are so helpful and energetic even when I should up at 10:11pm I had a brownie and I was probably the best one I think I’ve ever had, it is almost as is the gods sent down the brownie themselves, it makes my mouth water when thinking about another and I think I might have another tonight but please let me know if I should.
