Prairie Mill is honestly phenomenal! I have been a loyal customer ever since discovering this bakery early last year. To begin, they have an endless variety of breads to try: sourdough, cinnamon raisin, corn millet, muesli whole wheat, honey white, and the list goes on. Truly artisanal baking and unparalleled quality. Not only that, but they truly care about their customers and will treat you like family once you walk into the door. Tracy in particular is a genuinely warm person who is highly knowledgeable about her products and always willing to assist you.

My favourite bakery. The best in Calgary. Always great service and excellent fresh bread, cookies and other tasty treats. Great products and the most pleasant service possible. This has been my favourite place to get delicious cheese buns. I recently moved out of the neighbourhood and today drove across the city for a heavenly treat. Every Bread is fantastic! So many delicious and unique selections all obviously made very well and with high quality ingredients. You can taste the difference unlike most bakeries I've tried. They also have very good and accommodating service! a couple times I came and the bread I wanted was sold out. The nice lady gave me what was left of their sample bread for free and told me that customers can reserve bread as well. You can tell when a business cares about their quality and their customers.
