I made a very clear & HIGHLIGHTED instructions last night for the delivery of Popeye's chicken order. To TEXT on the mobile number and she will come out to meet the delivery person to get the food ordered. No need to call or use the door buzzer, as this is the residence of her client/patient. The expected delivery time is 8:20pm, and so my partner is expecting for a text message anytime so she can come out and meet the UBER delivery guy to get the order outside. At 8:50pm, there's no text message, and so she brought up her patient to her bedroom in preparation for cleaning. Past 9pm when my partner saw the bag and drinks on the outside garage floor near the main door. SHE MISSED TO TAKE HER MEAL BECAUSE OF THAT! I ordered it in advance around 7:45pm and paid for the Priority fee and gave a tip for the UBER delivery guy, expecting to deliver it around 8:20pm or earlier, and to notify my partner via text msg. so she can personally take it and have a dinner break together with her patient. She got the chance to get the food during the time of her off duty which is 9:30pm! I already made a complaint to UBER EATS, and I was advised to informed the Popeye's Louisiana Kitchen about my experience.

Read moreI was just there.I assumed im a regular customer.I went there almost 2 to 3 times a week..and i always call every time I order,I ordered 5 pcs of chicken.this is not the first time I questioned them or I complained.So,when I got there,to pick up my order.the manager said 2 more mins for my order.and i saw the lady grabbed the box from the chute,and went to the fyer area.2 mins after.the lady came out from the kitchen holding the box.and the manager told to the other staff to tell me to check.when the lady open the box of chicken,i can tell the difference of fresh and re fried chicken.how many times,they’ve been doing this to me.especially the night shift.but i did not complain here in google.but tonight,im very Disappointed.I don’t need replacement,i just want is.if customer asked for freshly cook,make it fresh,Please... Please explain why the dish washer is the same person making the chicken?
I only saw this because of the 8-10 person line up. Why does a chicken place have no chicken fried or ready for one of the biggest rushes in the day?
Nothing was ready or prepared for their lunch rush.
At the same time the supervisor is sitting on their phone in the office beside the tills.
Instead of the supervisor helping the staff She would rather approve refunds.
I requested a refund and told everyone to save their time and money and just go to FireHouse Subs next door.
There's no reason a fast food restaurant should take 20 minutes to prepare your meal and another 5-8 minutes to serve it.
Horrible Service. Waste of time. Spend the extra money and time to go elsewhere where and you won't have any regrets !!!!!
