Price: The adult price of $34 (for those over 12) feels excessive and unreasonable, particularly for older children. Kids under 12 are charged half-price.

Service – 5 stars: The service was impeccable. Every staff member was courteous, helpful, welcoming, respectful, and extremely friendly. Having visited numerous buffet restaurants, I can confidently say the service here stands out. Special mentions go to Virginia, the grill section team, and the servers who represented the business in the best possible light.

Food – 3 stars:

Rice: While it looked appealing, the taste was awful. The quality of the rice was subpar. It seemed over-soaked and bitter, with an unpleasant spice combination.

Baked Beans: The dish appeared dried out and inedible, possibly left out too long. If intended for breakfast, it should have been removed earlier.

Pancakes: Served cold.

Fish: Delicious.

Seafood: Highly disappointing. Despite the cost, there was an inadequate amount of seafood. I saw someone with a few shrimp pieces mixed in with the fish, but there was no noticeable or sufficient seafood selection.

Grill: Outstanding. The staff at the grill section did an excellent job cooking the meat to perfection upon request. The result was well-cooked, succulent meat that was highly satisfying.

Coffee/Tea: Excellent, and again, thanks to your incredible staff.

Variety: The range of dishes was lacking, which makes the pricing feel unjustified. Adding more food options and ice cream, would significantly improve the experience.

Dessert: Unfortunately, the dessert section was unappealing due to flies visibly perching on the items, which deterred me from indulging as I normally would at a buffet.

I experienced a great service with staff always trying to understand what we need. I have been wanting to try out this place for a while and I was glad that I did. Food was great and I would recommend this place for lunch. I bought the Groupon for the pizza and pasta buffet but they provided a substitute since they don't do it right now. While I appreciated that, the restaurant should have had better communication with the front desk of the hotel because the first time I called for a reservation, they just bluntly told me there is no buffet due to COVID-19. I did not mention the Groupon to them but I'm sure the kitchen could have told them people could call them for that because that's what service that Groupon provides. I got a refund the first time but bought it again only when I read the other reviews they do provide substitute. So they should communicate better with the other departments of the hotel because they almost lost business. And I'm sure they lost some business so far from other people because of that lack of communication. Or even better and to make it easier for everyone, they could cancel the current Groupon and modify...

went here with my family for my birthday buffet As always, the service staff was excellent, the food delicious and lots of choices and the price per person is very reasonable for 23.95/ 12.95 for children.

I would like to mention when you go let us hope you get Virginia, Nancy or Janet as your server they are all so efficient, friendly and very outgoing.

When the chef had to go back to the kitchen the carver station did not have any one there for a bit, a customer came up to wait for some roast beef, while most servers in many restaurants would just ignore them and think that is not my job, one of the servers here went right up and cut the beef for him so he did not have to wait.

The supervisors are excellent at their jobs and everyone seems happy to work at this hotel restaurant. Many have been there for years , as they have served us many times over the years.
