Quite possibly the worst Tim Hortons in Calgary.
Let's start off with the service. Absolutely pathetic. There's a lineup at the tills, but the staff are too busy focusing on the drive-thru, and a couple members of the staff can always be seen giggling in the storeback while the lineup at the till needs to be handled. Every now & then, a person will come mind the till, give the customer their order, then vanish for a couple minutes. I don't know if that's the owner not managing their positions well, or if he's too cheap to invest in more labour, but this is a reoccurring issue.
The next issue on my list is washrooms. While the washrooms aren't actually bad with feces floating on the floor & urine on the walls, the washrooms are out of soap way too often. If that isn't bad enough for you, so are the hand sanitizers. I tried getting soap out of the dispenser, nothing came out. I tried the hand sanitizer outside of the washrooms, that was empty too. I tried the hand sanitizer on the employees side of the wall immediately outside of the washrooms, and guess what? THAT WAS EMPTY TOO! COME ON! But here's something to lighten the mood. I find this quite funny. August of last year, I noticed a chewing gum in the urinal... That chewing gum is still in the urinal...
Let's move on to the cleanliness of the store. No issues there. Tables are always clean, and floor's always clean. Garbage bins are handled in a timely manner (including the ones outside).
I don't know guys. I like hanging out there on Thursdays when going to get my dad from the airport, but this store is in need of massive improvements with people's stations, and the upkeep of the soap/sanitizer in the washroom. I'd hate to watch this place shut down over such things that can...
Read moreWent through drive through and the lady has the debit machine waiting outside the window for when you pull up. Because of this I forgot to scan my app which would have saved me over $5. I explained this to the girl and another comes to the window and goes shoo shoo with her hands and says it's Ok its ok. EXCUSE ME!!! It's Ok, cause it's not YOUR money. The most IGNOARANT customer service. People are struggling to get by in this world and you're going to pull stuff like that to your customer? You deserve zero stars as person. She was more worried about taking the next order then me who was currently paying and made me pay double and her coworkers says "it's Ok, it's ok". Simple solution put some effort into your paying customers and grab the scanner for app maybe have that ready just as ready as you are to take my damn money. Then you wouldn't screw as many people over. And your coworker who said "it's Ok its ok" no it's not ok to screw people over. I hope you get screwed...

Told the cashier what bagel i wanted, she tried ringing it in and it wouldn't go through the then says this coupon must already have been used. I advised her that it hasn't as i Just took it out and typically they dont return them anyhow. She say it wont go through i request the manager. She comes over tries it and says the same thing. I ask why are tou guys accusing me of trting to falsify your coupon. I havent used it before. It must be. A staff in the prep area then shouts out it must be the bagel. Apparently the coupon did not allow for specialty bagel. So i ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel sure enough it went through.
