I've decided to update my review with additional information now that I've visited this location multiple times, and ordered delivery as well.
I gave the food a 4. It's Subway, ingredients are usually on the fresh side, occasionally the bread is dry, but it's a fast food service. It's good for what it is!
I also gave atmosphere a 4. It's usually tidy inside, sometimes the floors could use another sweep and mop, but it's quiet and has the typical Subway look. The lights aren't too bright, which is nice.
For service, I gave a 3 because the service that I've received over time, having been there 15+ times, varies massively depending on who's working. There are days I'd give it a 1, and days I'd give it a 5. It's an even split that the service received is good/mediocre/bad. I've had exceptional service and amazing experiences, and I've also had combative and rude service as well. I'd say the majority of the time the service is quick, and more often than not either neutral to pleasant.
Pricing is fair, staff is usually just fine, taste is on par with most Subway locations, there's just.. still a chance that you'll have a staff member treat you poorly or be disagreeable.

Read moreI asked them if they had any vegan option like beyond meat, and they told me NO without even understand what vegan means, another customer had to tell them what it means, they told me they had veggie pasties, I asked them what kind of protein or ingredients were in those things, they told me they had NO IDEA and that's all, they turned back. I told them it's mandatory to inform the customers with the ingredients of every product in case of allergies. They refused, and again the other customer told them they could check the box and see the ingredients. After a minute arguing between the 2 employees they went to check it out, came back with an empty box and between all the ingredients they had milk, eggs and PALM OIL in the veggie thing hahaha omg... I tried to go to a Subway 10 years ago and I run away when I saw the crapy food they had there, after hearing they were getting beyond meat options I wanted to give it a try but again, not only crapy food but shameful customer service, and I work in hospitality and worked for several years in this kind of business but never ever I've found a waitress not willing to tell the ingredients of a product to a customer....

I was working in the area and took my breaks at this Subway for two days, ordering food each time I visited. However, I had a very disappointing experience that makes me question their customer service and business sense.
One time, I needed to use the restroom, and before handing me the key, the employee asked if I had bought something or was planning to. I explained that I had purchased food earlier during my lunch break, but she still refused to give me the key. I was forced to buy a bag of chips just to use the restroom—something that felt unnecessary and unwelcoming.
The next time I visited, the owner came straight to me and told me I shouldn’t be sitting there on my break. As a businesswoman myself, I understand how business works, and this is not how you treat paying customers. It was rude, disrespectful, and completely unnecessary.
