Loyal customer treated rudely by staff member “Jaz”

My dad has been a loyal customer here for 40 years. Yesterday, employee Jaz served him cold coffee, poured it on her hand and insisted it was “warm.” When he mentioned his decades of loyalty, she said “I don’t care,” then continued being rude. When he said he’d complain to the manager, she replied “go ahead, I don’t care.” I even came in to speak to a manager—supervisor promised a call back but never did. Very surprising that this location would keep an employee who doesn’t care about customer service or the store’s reputation. I’m not a one to leave negative reviews and messing up on order is one thing but being completely obnoxious is another and cannot be brushed under the rug. Still waiting on the manager to call me back. And as per my message to “Jaz “ I’m very surprised at how your conscious would allow you to be so Ignorant and rude to a senior from your own culture who was talking to you As if somebody would talk to their own daughter. People like you are a joke to humanity. I don’t know how your conscious allows you to behave like this. UPDATE - upon reading the reviews looks like other people had problem with same employee being rude she works the graveyard shift . I have called Tim Hortons customer care and waiting on hearing from them to take this matter serious . Will update when I hear back from them . Also I think the owner should have some special ethics training for the employees because upon coming to the store I spoke to some other customers complaining about the rude behavior and lack of general etiquette to greet customers...

Subject: Outrageous Experience at Tim Hortons Location on 17th Ave & 37 St SW, Calgary

I must express my utter frustration and disappointment with the deplorable conditions and service at your 17th Ave & 37 St SW location in Calgary. I have always chosen Tim Hortons for its quality coffee and reliable service, but this experience left me questioning whether I can continue to support your brand.

To start, I was served a coffee that was not only cold but also improperly stirred—an absolute letdown for a brand that claims to take pride in its beverages. However, the state of the building and the service were what truly shocked me. The bathroom door handle was faulty, and despite asking three different employees for help, I was ignored each time. Only after I persisted did someone reluctantly come to assist, ultimately forcing open the door due to the handle’s poor condition. This was at 6 am when there were 3 other patrons in the building.

This experience not only reflects a lack of quality and care but also raises serious concerns about the upkeep and customer service at this location. I am appalled that Tim Hortons would allow such substandard conditions to exist. My experience at this location has made me question if Tim Hortons will my preferred choice...

Lol so i buy coffee & something to eat while I'm here &I'm also by myself ,the worker kept coming over looking at me asking what i was doing (i was scrolling threw my phone drinking my coffee) after 24 minutes he came and said i needed to leave as i reached my time limit..Lil meanwhile 3 homeless ppl just came back inside that were F Here before n back now ones already sleeping as I'm almost out the door i ask the worker to open up the bathroom &he says no.i ask why not &he says because he's not opening it for me (this is only third time I've ever been in this Tim Horton's out of 10 years being in Calgary) as this picture shows there's no out of order sign or being cleaned sign up.this ashole clearly just wont open the washroom to be an ashole ..99% of McDonald's /Tim Horton's staff as well as owners really need to brush up on there customer service &to be taken down a few notched from there pathetic power trips....maybe all the Tim Horton's just need to be shut down permanently.i doubt id complain ...because like i said 99% of the workers are too ignorant &dense to be working in customer service..so i don't recommend going to this Tim Horton's...Really makes me just wannabe freaking take a piss right...
