So normally i like this location. They are normally fast and friendly but I'm pretty sure they are under newer management or somthing because today was a little frustrating with our visit.
My boyfriend went through the drive through on his way home to get us some food. He asked for a plain baconator meal blah blah blah and made sure the ladie on the speaker taking the order got that it was plain he then checked the burger as he normally does because he hates any sauce on his burger hense asking for plain. Initially when he checked it looked plain so he head home and when he went to eat it he noticed there was ketchup all over the wrapper then we noticed that whoever made the burger had taken it apart and wiped the condiments off and just put a new bin on. Or maybe even took it from an already made burger and put an old patty on a new burger order. Either way that's so cheap and honestly kind of gross to think about. I called and they did make an actual new burger but I still had to drive back to the location to get it and waste my gas for somthing that should have just been done proper in the first place. Rudeness now counts? I would like to know how the hospitality industry is different? Rudeness? Read moreNothing wrong with Wendy's but the Bonaventure restaurant is by far, the worst run location in Canada and has steadily.gotten worse over the past several years.
Their drive through is generally 10-15 mins wait, even when there's only a single car in line. The food is commonly of worse quality than other locations, and their staff is plain rude.
Whether its understaffed or incompetence doesn't matter, after years of the same poor service, I'll take my business elsewhere and never return. If I need a Wendy's fix, the location 3 blocks north on MacLeod is 10x better, in every respect.
