We came to this location and ordered the chicken ranch pizza. Came dry with patches with no cheese or sauce and overall it seemed old and wasn’t fresh. We tried a slice to see if it was okay but honestly it was hard dry and inedible. We’ve came here multiple times and each time it’s been pleasant and the pizza tasted good. We went back and requested a remake. The “owner” then started to yell and started being abusive towards us when we approached him respectfully. Bald guy with moustache who said his name was kareemullah. I was honestly too stunned to speak because I was confused as to why he was yelling when we kindly approached him. Unhinged honesty. We just wanted a remake he then said “how am I gonna sell this” which clearly indicated that he was cheaping out to save a few dollars but he knew the pizza was not sellable. He then proceeded to take the pizza to the back and we told him we wanted a refund. He then said I’m not giving you a refund? I’ve never once written a bad review but this incident forced me to. He then proceeded to say “if you wanted extra cheese you should have ordered it” but the past few times we ordered it, it was perfect and no extra cheese or sauce was requested. I’m confused on how the regular employees can make quality food but the owner himself can’t? Owners especially are so kind when it comes to their customers. This experience honestly surprised me. Don’t go here especially if the so called owner is working. He’ll rip you off of your money. We ignored all of the bad reviews which shows hair in food and comments that said that there were no toppings. Super disappointing. The employees I’ve met have been so kind which made me continue to give my business to them. First encounter with the owner and such a...
Read moreOkay let's see if we can make sense out of these reviews. I specifically came into this location just to see what they have to offer and post this review
I ordered a slice of Donair pizza. It was sitting in the pizza warmer ready for me when I got in. It was thick with a healthy portion of toppings encased in a good layer of cheese. I would say the dough is four out of five stars. The sauce was 4.5 Stars And the donair meat was quite delicious and I'll also give it 4.5 Stars. The staff was happy to serve me. This is a grab and go place or no tables available. I can tell you from standing here watching the shop owner for the past half an hour that he does put out a decent product and it looks quite delicious everything that he sends out. Okay...
Read moreI had a negative review of White Horn Pizza that was almost 6-7 years old. The management changed just after that and since then this place has been nothing but the best. My favorite and only pizza place since 2017 has been WhiteHorn 786 Pizza. Their sweet sauce chicken donair pizza is simply unbeatable. I usually get that with extra beef chunks. These guys are very generous with their toppings. The cheese is not too much and not too less. Just right. Sometimes I combine it with chicken legs or wings without any sauce as the base spices they have is more than enough for good flavor. Most favorite pizza place for me. And the folks who run it are also great. Go get your sweet sauce donair pizza now. You wont regret it..! Highly...
