I had a very disappointing experience during my recent visit. From the start, the staff did not greet us or acknowledge us — there was absolutely no sense of welcome or professionalism.
While making the burrito, the employee accidentally tore the tortilla. Mistakes happen, and that's understandable. However, instead of starting over or making up for it, he simply wrapped it in a new tortilla without replacing any of the fillings or sauce that had already been added to the first one and thrown away. As a result, the burrito was dry and lacking flavor.
We also ordered nachos, and they were overloaded with jalapeños — even more than the pico de gallo — making them uncomfortably spicy and unbalanced. It felt like no care was taken in preparing the food to a reasonable standard.
Overall, the service was careless and unfriendly. Basic customer service — like greeting customers and handling food mistakes properly — was completely missing. The staff here seriously needs improvement in both attitude...

I went to the restaurant to get four burritos with my friend. Everything was going fine — the guy at the front made all the burritos and placed them on the grill. Then Wonder Woman walked in from the back and started packing everything. I have no idea how high she was, but she really thought I was going to carry all four burritos in my hands.
I asked for a plastic bag, and she said, “You’re two guys, you’ve got four hands.” What’s that even supposed to mean? Seriously, do I really have to explain why that’s ridiculous? Is your restaurant in such bad shape that you can’t afford to give customers a plastic bag? I couldn’t help but wonder what kind of comment she’d make if I asked for cutlery.

Read moreWent in a few weekends ago on a sunday around 7pm, there was only one employee working and they were prepping food in the back. Didn't greet me even after i said hello. Proceeded to do their thing for another 6 or 7 minutes before walking up to me- still didnt greet me just asked what i wanted. Didnt acknowledge anything i said and just stared at the table the whole time prepping my bowl. Food was good, but what a weird interaction, it was hours before closing? Maybe they were having a bad day but i was pretty irritated, I've managed retail for a number of years and never had an employee act like that. Likely won't go back to that location 😐
