I placed my order at 7:45pm tonight, and did not receive my order, until 9:10pm ...
The order is wrong. The only thing that was correct was the appetizer, which has an extremely burnt french fry in the container with it. I received dark meat chicken, when my order and the bill states that both orders are to have white meat.
One was supposed to come with a garden salad, and a white roll, and the other was supposed to come with mashed potatoes and gravy, as well as a white roll.
As you can see from the pictures I have attached, both came with french fries, one with a white roll and one with a multigrain roll.
I have contacted the call center, and they have issued me a credit for $15, although my order total was almost $32.
All of the food is cold, which is mind-blowing, as the location is about a 5 minute drive from my residence.
This is not the first time I have had problems with my order from this Swiss chalet location.
I am extremely disappointed with service, and food quality from this Swiss Chalet. I do not recommend this location at all.
I do believe that I should have been issued a full refund of the cost of my order from this evening. Maybe after the location manager, and head office recieve this review, they will do something to fix the problems.

Please keep in mind that this was a delivery order. I am very unimpressed with the service, and quality of food. I do not understand, how you can mix up an order, but put the right bill on it.
The delivery driver is giving orders that are already packaged in bags, so to their knowledge it should be correct. Unfortunately my order was completely wrong. The only thing that was correct was the appetizer of pierogies, which I found extremely burnt french fries in with them, and the food was ice cold.
I did not eat anything that was given to me in that order. It all ended up going into the garbage. I wasted $32 on food that wasn't even eaten. By the time I spoke to somebody at the call centre, it was already close to 9:30 p.m. they had offered to have my order remade and resent, but I told him no I would appreciate a credit instead, because by the time they would have made my order again it would have been ten before I would have seen it.
I have received an email from the manager at the Dundas location, offering to give me a $30 credit, but it's for dine-in only. I only ever order delivery, as I am not the type of person to sit in a restaurant. I will attach a copy of the email for you to read. I am also attaching the pictures of the food that was received. I would appreciate if my credits were applied to my online ordering account which I use through the app on my phone. Saturday May 7, 2022, the order was placed about 5:15 p.m. I ordered a quarter chicken dinner and two sides. When I got the order home I opened the bag and the first two items out were a baked potato and chicken nuggets, neither of which I ordered.
I packed up the entire order and returned to the restaurant. The gentleman on the desk checked the order, admitted it was wrong and said they would re-make the entire order. A few minutes later an individual I believe was a manager sent an employee out to ask again, what I had ordered. I confirmed the entire order.
When the order was ready this person I believe was a manager, brought the order to the counter. She asked if I had brought the order back and I said "Yes." She then told me that it was the right order but she had remade this entire order, pointing to the attached order form.
Manager: "Is this what you ordered?" Me: "Yes." Manager: "That's what was in the other bag." Me: "No it's not. There was a baked potato and chicken nuggets in the other bag that I didn't order." Manager: "I have the other bag. I can get it." Me: "My foods getting cold. Make it damn quick."
She brings the other bag, opens it and on top are a baked potato and chicken nuggets.
Manager: "I see what you mean. I apologize."
IT'S A LITTLE LATE FOR THAT. You messed up the order and then call the customer a liar.
