I'm a bit behind but visited on 08/27, 09/10@ 21:45, 10/20 & 10/24 Very impressed! Thank you awesome team members for your friendliness, courtesy, respect, efficiency & attention to detail. Shoutout to: Summer, Kevin, Nick, Vaibhav, Amanda, Hugo, Diego, Sean, Addison, Breanna & Ava for great customer service!! Team is on top of cleaning and stocking. Makes you want to eat here.

UPDATE #3 (08/21/2025 ~ 2:30pm) Today was THE DAY!! The store sparkled: tables wiped, floors washed, Wet Floor signs everywhere, no messy fountain area, absent litter. Outstanding Team: HUGO, BROOKE, SAM, PRITHA, DIAGO & others supervised by KIM(mgr) & other mgrs. Excellent customer service: friendly, pleasant, respectful, courteous & helpful. Food arrived almost as quickly as I ordered it: timing was superb. *Mostly good things to say. THANKS FOR A GENERALLY PLEASANT DINING EXPERIENCE: ššššš
ACCESSIBILITY: āāā Today, the front door was not automatic. Washroom has only one large stall & no automatic door.

UPDATE #2 (05/22/2025 ~7:00 pm) Young people = fast food employees who are unhappy. Today's exception: a lovely bespectacled young lady with long, dark hair & a warm smile I saw marginal improvement since my other visits. Still, tables, floors & counters were dirty, littered with paper, napkins & food, albeit less than before. Why are lower standards acceptable at fast food restos? No upscale restaurant or even a slightly higher end chain like Swiss Chalet, would accept paper, food & litter on the floors? Would you want to eat in a place where tables were dirty? Probably not. Greeted by Kane who was friendly, respectful & efficient. I asked for a wipe down of my taNice work Kane! A sad looking young girl with dark blond hair also cleaned near the ice cream machine. (since learned her name is Sam). I remarked that the fountain area was in need of cleaning, so she did the job.
Another shoutout goes to HUGO What a friendly, courteous, respectful young man. He showed great customer service. Treated me respectfully. Much appreciated Hugo!
I will not give up on this location. One day, it will sparkle!
UPDATE #1(05/13/2025 @ 7:45pm): I have made several visits back lately. Each time that I've visited the store is dirty, litter is on the floor/ under tables, food or sauce residue around & the condiments/pop fountain/counter contains ketchup pools, spilled drinks, & lids/straws.
This time, however, shocked me. Food was everywhere. The prep area was disgusting. There was residue was on all floor areas.
Usually I eat in but was afraid to order anything but I did: a Big Mac combo customized. It was fast, hot & fresh. OWEN took my order showing excellent customer service. He was friendly, courteous, asked if I needed anything else, then wished me a good night. On another visit, ZAC, provided the same level of great customer service.
To the staff's credit, they quickly responded to my feedback. I spoke to the young manager, (glasses, dark short hair with blond tips) to request a table wipe down. ANNA, came out, wiped all the tables, checked the garbages, & swept the floors.
Behind the counter, I saw NICHOLLE sweeping up the food residue, litter & mess in the cash/ food prep area. It was reassuring to see. Thank you! I appreciate your response.
Psychologically, a clean restaurant is a safe restaurant. It's satisfying to eat in a clean establishment!!
(EDITED)ORIGINAL: This small location is superb with friendly and helpful staff who show patience and respect to an older person like myself.
The food is quickly prepared to my specifications which add to the app loyalty points.
Efficient, friendly staff at the counter respond quickly to a steady stream of customers. One of my favourite McD's locations.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreAbsolute worst experience at a McDonalds...Doesn't help that quality and service has hit an all time low at all McDonald's but this is the worst experience yet. After waiting to get through the drive thru for 10 minutes, I was asked to pull over and park...How is that a drive-thru? Anyway, 6 minutes later I received food...not my food, but somebody's food...So, I go inside and tell inform the drive thru person that I received the wrong order...He briefly tries to tell me it is my fault for parking in the wrong spot(I went where I was instructed)...I cut him off and insisted he give me my proper order...A manager comes over and takes control of the situation and starts getting my order ready. He asks if I received the proper drinks...How would I know, the don't give you straws until you receive the rest of your order...He proceeds to give me new drinks, well not drinks, just cups...Apparently when you are given wrong items in the drive thru and go inside you have to prepare the new items for yourself.
After another 10 minutes, I receive my order. He gave me a couple of coupons for free value meals...which doesn't include anything I ever order and is for medium items...
I get home, check out my order and it is F**king wrong...You think if they are remaking an order they would have put a priority on it and made it properly...
All in all it took almost 30 minutes to go through the drive-thru and get my order made incorrectly and have them ruin my day.
Thanks McDonalds...You've out done yourselves.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went to this McDonald's today. An was blown away on how horrible service was. Walked up to cashier. Took the manager 6 mins to realize that I was wanting to make an order. As everyone else couldn't. Takes my order an gives me receipt. All i order was a ice coffee. Why waiting into 15 mins the staff being all Indian. Then started speaking in their own language for a good 4 mins an not doing anything at all. While manager is gone somewhere. While people are waiting an waiting. We now into 24 mins an they do shift exchange an bam my order is next one up an 10 more mins goes by an still nothing. Not one staff member can make any orders. Staff are all wondering around not doing anything. Had to walk out before I was late for work. I am a loyal customer an in the restaurant everyday getting the same thing.. an always a wait. So McDonald's whom ever the manager was on during 3pm needs to be retrained as manager an learn to actually be a proper manager an lead the team an not have a look of i hate my job. Number 2 STOP hiring international students that are not capable to understand English language an actual capable of doing a job an actual work!! An actual wanna work! Not just do what they want. So unprofessional an looks bad on the business. They can't do the job find someone who can. Like come on mcdonalds. I so disappointed, appluaed. At the poor service an customer service an the 30 min plus wait time an still got nothing at all. This mcdonalds needs to get their act together. I will report this to head office an hopefully get problem solved!!! Will never...
