Mozy's Shawarma — Restaurant in Cambridge

So my sister and I have eaten here a few times and unfortunatly our experiences have not been positive. The shawarma salad is my favorite but they certainly do not care about customer service as much as they care about the food. We travel from out of town just to eat there. The 1st time I asked the lady at the counter to put my shwarma in a separate container from my salad as I am a small eater and will be taking my leftovers home. I don't like soggy foods. The lady declined my request stating they dont do that. I even offered to pay for an extra container and she still declined my request. The next time only a few days ago I tried again and this time I didnt bother asking for a seperate container but did ask for out meals in takeout containers because we would be taking the majority home. She tries to put them in non recyclable containers so I asked to please put in the plastic bowls with a lid. Again we r traveling from out of town. She said no ? They give the styrofoam containers for the dining room. Seriously? My response was to please put them in a plastic container and I will eat.in my car . I am not sure if this is head office rules but for a place that is never busy when i am there u would think they would want to please their customers! 5 star food with only half a star for...

Just started my tour of Shawarma joints in Cambridge and decided to start off with Mozy's since I drive past it often.

I usually always try a shawarma wrap and a rice to judge a place but I only ordered a wrap this time and a shawarma salad for my MIL.

I was a bit thrown off while ordering as neither Hummus nor Tabouli is apparently an option on wraps, which for me is kind of odd. Most places have at least hummus and many do offer Tabouli or at least parsley on the their wraps. When I asked if I could have hummus on the wrap they said they just have tahini?

And when I asked for Tabouli they said they dont have it. Which confused me cause the menu had it as an item you could order as a side. So I wasn't sure if they just didn't have any Tabouli or just don't put it on the wraps. I understand each joint has their own thing, but man do I love me hummus in my wraps.

But all that our of the way, the wrap was pretty good. Good quality, tastey chicken. Fresh veggies and pita and the sauce was great.

My MIL also really enjoyed her salad as well and she usually won't do anything but Osmows (I've been trying to educate her in her wrong ways).

Overall, I'd definitely try again, but not until I try the other places...

Very disappointed with my experience this time. I have be a big fan of Mozy's in Waterloo and tried the one in Cambridge once before and it was great. Last week i went again to get dinner for me and my wife.

It was such a disappointment - the proportions were not good - i paid for fries and there did not put any fires in our servings, i had asked for Tabouli, we got something else. the Server at the time went back to the storing area and came back with some kind of salad which was not Tabouli and put it in out take away. The veggies were not tender enough like they should be and usually are. I Paid almost 40$ for dinner for 2 but it was not worth it.

The servers need to be trained more, The servers mentioned that they are really busy that night. But that is no reason to mess up an order which the customer is paying full money for.

I hope the owner sees this and takes necessary action to fixes these issues. Date of order was the 30th of Oct...
