UPDATE: wow quite the audacity for you to respond to your customers in this way. You'd rather continue to let your customers walk in and eat your restaurant that has a clearly bad distinct meat smell than try to acknowledge the problem and plan to resolve it. Well you have lost a customer for good now. Also, you are not 'inside' the mall, your store is literally located next to the entrance. The fact that your store is in an advantageous position , as you have claimed, yet still FAIL to adequately manage the bad odor and cleanliness level of the meat tells me you are not competent at managing your store.

The store STINKS no matter what time you go in. I will echo what the other reviews are saying, it looks like the staff at this store have a poor quality 3rd grade chicken supplier. Chicken is airy and and thin. Does not taste good. Price sure are top notch.
The manager of this store really should pay a visit to milton location to learn how a store is professionally run. The milton branch is EXCELLENT. Great tasting and high qualify food anytime you go. No smell. This store should invest in a good venting system to remove bad odour. I cant believe they let their staff work in such a stinky environment .

Read moreI am writing to express my concern regarding my recent online order. As this was my first time ordering through the app, I was expecting the same level of quality and service that I have consistently received when ordering in-store over the past five years.
However, I noticed several issues with my recent order. Firstly, the food was prepared in just 7 minutes, which was unusually fast compared to the usual 20-minute wait time when ordering in-store. This led me to suspect that the order may have been intended for another customer who did not show up, and that I was given their order instead.
Unfortunately, the food I received was not up to the usual standards. Both the fries and chicken were undercooked, and the meal was not hot enough when I received it. Additionally, I noticed that some add-ons, which I have never requested in the past, were included in my order.
As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the high level of service and quality at your establishment, and this experience was quite disappointing. I hope you can look into this matter and ensure that future orders are handled with the same care and attention to detail that I have come to expect.

Read moreThis location is an unclean Osmows franchise place. I will never set foot to this unhygienic place again. I think they served old expired meat for my other delivery order which smelled bad. I did not even eat it. Don't want to get sick. I'm thinking of reporting this location for a food inspection and hygiene from the authorities.
The two Indian guys staff has rude attitude and is more interested in talking among themselves in their language than serving customers at the counter and playing loud music that you can't even hear yourself.
How worse could it get when this particular franchisee location is run by people who do not know what respecting other people means. This rude confrontational and aggressive behaviour towards customers even shows in their replies to these reviews here.
I have had good food experiences from other Osmows locations. But this particular location, I will never set foot there again.
