I have been looking for Pakistani food in Cambridge for a while. Finally found this take out place but there is seating available by the window (high bar seating)

The young lady working behind the counter is very friendly and welcoming. She dropped what she was doing and was ready to serve me as soon as I walked in. That attitude, in my book or by industry standard, reflects fantastic customer service. She offered me samples of the various dishes and explained the menu. That's exactly how it should be done.

Now the food. I only tried the lollipop chicken (chicken wings partially de-boned and deep fried, so the meat hangs from the bone, a great finger food)

It was fresh and really good.

I also bought to 2 chicken patties (not be confused with Jamaican Patty. This is a puff pastry Patty )

It was also fresh and great. If you take them home, you can use a toaster oven or oven to warm them up. Microwave destroys them just like any puff pastries.

I will be definitely go back to try out the rest of the menu.

Thank you for reading

Overview Food 4/5 ** Customer service 5/5 * Price 4/5 ** Parking 4/5 **

Please note, it is a hot table concept with a full kitchen in the back making food from the menu to order as well.

So come on down and support your local business :)

Update 07-02-2018

1)Chicken Biriyani 3.5/5 (it's cooked to order, fresh with 2 pieces of very flavorful chicken. The rice was a bit on the dry side but some Pakistani biriyani are meant to be that way)

2)Beef Seekh (ground beef) Kabob 4/5 (not that spicy but flavorful, I will ask to make it well done next time because it was slightly undercooked for me )

3)Plain Naan 4.5/5 (large naan and...

Food was tasty but the line up for the wait was disappointing even though I ordered online and it was ready I just had to pick up and pay but still had to wait half an hour, no organizationfor differentiating online vs people who are there ordering and waiting. Then again food was good and the whole family liked it.

Went here again 2nd time..unfortunately my experience was even worse then my first time..placed the order a day earlier..when i wentbin again ..no organization it ws like a free for all..tons of ppl working but no one was organized..i waited at the counter for alonust 25 min before someone asked me what do i need ..i told em just here to pick up order which was placed yesterday for 4pm ..so after like 5 min they tell me they lost my order and asking me whatbdid i order..since it was my wife who placed the order..i didnt know exactly whatbir was since i just had to tell her name and they will give ne the food and i pay and leave..so i had to getbin touch with my wife and then retell them the order..and then wait another 40 min before i got the food and left..never again..im not gonna be a customer here..so unfortunate their food isnt badd but organization and customer...

NOT RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE ***

Horrible customer service and Horrible staff

So these guys don’t know the customer service for sure. i was a regular customer of this location, since they started their business . The moment this store getting more orders and limelight in Kitchener,Cambridge area , they don’t bother much now if anyone has issues .

I was on my way from Mississauga, i called around 7:40 pm and ordered palak paneer with naans .Girl took my order and she said it will ready by 8:40 as i requested for future order . The moment I visit the site .i asked for my order ,she said sorry I forgot ,your order is not done and we are closed now .WOW .

Not only this i tried ordering from this Store ,in past for several times, around 7:30 ,8:00 and around 8:15 ,they always said that sorry we can’t take your order as we are about to close .store closing time is 9 Pm , like seriously.

If the owner of this restaurant is reading this ,will request you to train your staff .otherwise the day will not far that you guys will see the downfall .

I would not recommend this eating place ,to anyone , specially who is...

This was our first time doing catering from here (25ppl). I had high hopes. But unfortunately, it did not meet the expectations. 1.Pulao was bland - no pulao flavour, very light in color and so many broken bones.quantity was good. 2.Chicken korma, taste was not like korma and again so many broken tiny bones. 3.Seek kebabs also lacked any flavor no spice onions etc and cut into small bits, was very disappointed about that. 4. Palak paneer was the saving grace, tasted really Goood! And good quantity. 5.Salad was fresh and good, as was the raita n chutnies. Naan was good. 6. Kheer was good. (Fish pakora was from else where) Ordering was easy. Service was on time. Only request, please ensure your food doesn't have tiny bones ( your chicken is cut wrong! There are too many bony pieces. N Please leave leg pieces whole) I don't think I will be doing catering from here again.

Ordered the chicken biryani and my mom got the saag and naan. Food was super yummy! I usually am not a big fan of biryani but my coworker was eating it the other day and it smelled so delicious I had to ask her where she got it from. My parents are very picky about take out Indian food and would rather just make roti at home but they liked the saag very much. I was so happy because I got them take out 10+ times and they were never happy but they liked the saag and biryani from here. The naan was also very soft and not dry at all like some other places. The best part was how affordable it was compared to other places (10$ biryani, 8$ saag) with a decent amount of food, I remeber paying 15$ for a small container of biryani and didn’t like the taste at all. Great taste, highly reccomend! (Sorry for the photo, I ended up eating most of it cause it was so good 😊)
