I ordered a meatball footlong, first there was no no meatballs I had to wait for extra 5 minutes to get it done. I was having my sub, I was done almost half of my six inch then I noticed something was crawling on my food when I zoomed it I noticed there was a small insect that was crawling over my food. I took a video then I called the artist to show her she has seen it now and she said yes we have few of them at the counter station where the microwave oven is I was like wth!! She was not giving me a solution I asked her what now then she said she will need to call her manager after 10minutes of waiting she said I have eaten six inch so she will give me a new six inch I was like wtf! then I spoke to the Manager his name is 'Chirag' for which he said the same thing. I have literally garbage my food paid $almost $10 waited more than 30 minutes to get this kind of service??? what is wrong with Subway? giving customers food with the insects?? After i ate my rice bowl, literally half of what any other subway would give. i was curious to read their reviews, i realized, about many reviews regarding less / poor quantity. I wonder why, i feel happy i was not the one feeling wrong about my decision, and many others faced that they are cutting cost/ etc etc and serving least they can.
Portion of rice bowl was half of the bowl itself? How could you claim that customer should request extra? Did customer mention less? Standard bowl is a full bowl of the pack, and i have been eating rice bowls from long time and gluten free subs since it was launched in Ontario around 2017 as i remember. So please treat your customers with what they pay for
For me, if i pay online and i pick up and go home it disappointments me like i should i have donated my money and rather cooked home.
We all deserve to get a better food / meal for what we pay.

I didn’t click a single sauce and there way NO WAY for me to even add no sauce in the instructions. I called to tell them and the man on the phone was SO RUDE and literally YELLED at me.
