Best Taco Bell if you’re hungry 45-50 minutes from now and hate yourself.

Want to order at the counter? No problem. Just line up for 5-10 minutes per person to order, then wait 20 minutes for your food. Highly recommend if you like hanging out in the food court with other angry customers, being soothed by sweet sounds of screeching go-carts tires.

Want to skip the line and order for pickup? No problem! Order online and show up at the specified pickup time (about 20 minutes after you order). Once you arrive, be sure to wait the 5-10 minutes per person in line to let them know you’re there for a mobile order. Then they’ll simply check the mobile order system, realize they have one, double check who you are, and get started on the food (don’t forget to wait 10-15 minutes). You might even get everything you ordered!

It’s already Taco Bell… there’s no need for the further indignity of everyone in a mall food court seeing you impatiently wait through 2 sitcom episodes worth of time spent scowling. And on top of it all, there is the even deeper shame of leaving this review complaining about it on...

This place is so trash. It takes 10-20 minutes and longer to get your order. When they'll initially tell you 6-7 min. You can stand at the counter and wait and despite them finishing he order they won't notify you. They won't even call the order number out. When confronted, they'll make every excuse "I was calling you, you left". How did I leave when I've been at the counter the entire time. I understand that they are understaffed but it's like two trainees in the back, often laughing and giggling as your 6-7 minute order proceeds to go into the 10-15 territory. A couple behind us waited close to half an hour, even opting to sit at the cafeteria waiting on the order. That's unacceptable.

Be better. Be more professional and respectful. I get your working in a mall and that this is fast food...

As a one time employee (high school was interesting) I can tell you this location was beyond failing. -Speed of service was atrocious. I waited 9 minutes from the time the debit transaction was complete till I was handed my food. -portions are very specific in the menu, it’s how you manage costs. My side of nacho cheese was well below the 2oz I paid for. My tacos did not contain 1/4 oz of cheese they’re supposed to. -food was awful. The steak was WELL beyond the allowable hold time. Lettuce looked like it was out over night. Tortillas were so wet I couldn’t take them out of the wrapper. One peeled apart but was consumable, the second tore apart adhered to the wrapper.
