Wendy's — Restaurant in Campbell River

We have gone there multipe times and gotten drive through food to take home and each time these past 4 times our orders have been horrid. We don't live very far so our food shouldn't be ice cold and taste old. We ordered 6 Jr bacon cheese burgers with 3 sm fries, 4 frosties a baconator meal, snack size frosties, and a chicken strip meal.... to no surprise we were missing items - out of the 6 Jr bacon cheese burgers we recieved 2, out of the 4 frosties we recieved 3, our BACONATOR had NO bacon and the fries were cold old tasting and just yucky, as were the other 3 small fries we ordered, our chicken strips (adult meal) we recieved 2 strips and the fries with that meal were not even half full, and again all the fries were cold, old tasting, and yuck, as mentioned about the fries, all the food was cold and tasted old.

This isn't the first time in this past 2 month span of going there. I suggest either getting new employees or closing your doors. Absolutely disgusting. After today we will no longer go there. Guess that's what happens when some uhm ppl 🇵🇰 come to 🇨🇦 and...

I ordered at the drive through, the guy taking the order was kinda rude- and kept sighing at me when I asked him to repeat himself, Im hard of hearing and really bad with accents, plus, what ever, everyone has bad days, Sigh away my dude. I then saw one on the girls working the grill walk out to where the food warmer is, not wearing her mask properly- not the end of the world. I then watched her pick, and itch her nose, using her mask to do it, for 30+ seconds with bare hands- then bag my food, without washing her hands or gloving up. This is disgusting in a pre-covid world, let alone now.

If she is willing to do that in full view of customers- what the heck are they doing where customers cant see?!

I ended up throwing out my food, and not bringing it up to the guy at the window- because he was ALREADY be rude when I wasn't even complaining. I would give zero...

They completely ignore you when you go inside at the CR location. They continue doing whatever it is they are doing and don't acknowledge you want to make an order. It costs nothing as a person to come up to the front counter and say it'll be a 10 minute wait while we service the drive-thru. Instead they pretend you aren't standing there and try to not make eye contact with you. Bustling around almost hiding from the front counter.

I had to tell them the delivery driver beside me had been waiting almost 15 minutes alongside me to get his pickup when they finally called me up to order. He even was saying things like "Hello? Is there anyone working back there?"

Orders are slow and food is not hot when you get it.
