review is long but read it and save your money. last time i ordered at greco.. they gave me this sloppy looing poutine that i paid close to 12$ with tip and everything. Today even though i was hesitant on going back there because of my last experience with food there, i thought i will give them another chance. 1 because i didn't have much life during lunch break and they seemed less busy considering i was the only car that pulled into their parking lot at that time. so i ordered half veggie sub and poutine. after waiting 15 mins my order was called ( half vegie sub and poutine) so they know what i ordered what they were supposed to serve. I picked up my order came back to office.. and with 10.mins left to my lunch break.. i quickly opened my sub and took a bite( only to discover its beef and ham sub and not vegie)My poutine looked and tasted worst than last time and quantity even smaller than 1/2 of regular size poutine. So i quickly called them :we can give you a credit for the sub, you can havr free sub next time. Next time !? no sir there will no next time, i've...
Read morePizza was ok at best. It was undercooked and doughy. We also added the option for the garlic parmesan flavored crust and it came as plain on my pizza. My main concern was the Cinnamon Swirls. My entire meal costed over $40 for a medium pizza, two cinnamon swirls, and 4 dipping sauces. A little pricey even if it was good food but unfortunately it was sub par at best. I know the Greco franchise has great food but this location did NOT live up to my expectations at all. Would not recommend giving them...

We got there late in the night with 2 thirsty kids and ordered some pizza and asked for water... none available for sale or for refill (not even tap water!!!)... we have been advised to try at the Irving gas station across the street. Can you imagine a kitchen without drinking water, because we can't fathom that.
Staff unfriendly and reticent of answering even basic questions like what is the difference between different pizza options that are on the menu.
Ultimate worst experience! To...
