Edit to original post: The owner reached out and we had a very positive conversation. My family and I went back and ordered again, this time dine-in. The food was delicious and fresh. We had the pulled pork sandwich, traditional poutine and wings. The owner Aaron and I had the chance to meet in person and he was grateful the situation was resolved, as was I. Ordered our food to-go at the counter. Waited almost an hour. Pager didn’t go off so finally went up to see what’s the delay, the food had been sitting there for who knows how long. We spoke to two workers and neither seemed to care that the food was over looked/forgotten about and had been just sitting there. Pretty disappointing for how much money was spent. Had an opportunity to try this place while up in the area and wasn't disappointed. The ambiance was very relaxed and comfortable mix of a low-pressure pub and amazing smokehouse.

We ordered the sampler plate and got to try the ribs, wings, pulled pork, poutine and onion rings. The ribs were amazing! Such a nice smoky sauce. Side poutine was amazing with great gravy and fresh squeaky cheese curds! Wings were very smoky and the pulled pork with pickles was very tasty.

While there we also got to try a flight of artisan beers from the connected brewery. The assistance of the waitress to help me pick some that were to my taste was amazing. Low pressure and just a relaxing unrushed experience.

Went with two girlfriends and as we waited for our server, They recommended the barbeque platter which included a half rack of ribs, two chicken wings, three briskets and a scoop of pulled pork. We also ordered a side of Mac and cheese. They stated that this meal was sufficient for three people. My honest opinion was that it was more of an appetizer that a meal for three people. If this was a meal it would be for one person. The brisket was dry. The macaroni and cheese was mediocre. I felt that it could use a bit more seasoning that was very bland, but one positive was that it was very creamy. They could’ve added more food.
