I recently visited Boston Pizza and had a fantastic dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere was casual and comfortable — perfect for a night out with friends or family.

I ordered the Spicy Perogy Pizza and was blown away — the flavors were bold, the crust was perfectly cooked, and the portion size was generous. She greeted us with a genuine smile and immediately made helpful suggestions—tying into what we were craving that evening. Throughout our visit, she struck the perfect balance: prompt and professional without ever feeling rushed. When our orders arrived—Cactus Cut Potatoes, Mediterranean Pizza, and Rose Macaroni Pasta with Mushrooms—Tylyn took the time to check in and ensure everything tasted just right. We really enjoyed the food today for our quick catch up with my friends this holiday. Everything is going good so far, but not until we’re about to pay for our food. One of my friend and I decided to give a tip for the server who’s assisting us by cash, so we just put 1 dollar on the machine first, but was surprised that the server ended up throwing the copy of our receipt on the dirty plates instead of respectfully giving it to us. For us to check if she’s doing it because of the 1 dollar tip, we tried to ask one our friend to give at least 15% tip. Then she became so nice and she gave the receipt very nice to him. So i just put another 10 on the table and left it.So yeah, that’s what ended up on our experience to your restaurant.
