Edo Japan — Restaurant in Camrose

Absolutely terrible. I called ahead and ordered 2 6 piece california rolls and a chick and beef on rice. I ordered at 11:55am, my wife arrived at 12:07 and was not handed the food that was tucked under the counter until 12:36. Almost 30 full minutes after she walked up and paid she finally had to ask where in the hell her food was! They served no less than 10 people AFTER she walked in and they didnt have the common sense to ask why this lady is still standing here. Absolutely disgraceful. The food is DEFINATLY not worth a wait like that. Fortunatly enough i doubt ill ever be back as she wasnt even offered an apology after the giant lapse judgement and common sense. Was craving Edo for our trip into town (live 1.5 hours away) ordered the chicken yakisoba noodles while hubby ordered the teriyaki chicken rice. We drove to the park for a nice supper date. Neither had more than 1 piece of broccoli or other veggies when we asked and paid for extra. When opening both containers they were both rice yet we paid extra for the noodles. When I went back to the store to get it fixed he handed me a container of plain noodles.. so upsetting. I even offered to bring the old one back in and he said not to worry. This was not my first time ordering from Camrose location, but it will certainly be my last. During a previous visit, the sushi I ordered tasted as though it had been sitting out for days — definitely not fresh. Today I ordered tropical tuna poke bowl.
