Wok Box - Camrose — Restaurant in Camrose

I AM APPAULED! I went in like I do every Friday with the same order every week. The women at the counter was extremely rude. When she was unable to complite the order she walked off hollering for another girl in the back named autumn who then walked up. With out any information being shared from the other employee about my order. She continues the order gets it wrong. I explained everything again. In the middle of speaking she picks up the phone and completely ignores me. Her phone conversation consisted of apologizing for the wrong order being sent and is laughing at the customer on the phone about it before hanging up. She then Whipes her nose with her hand and switches places with the other girl and goes to prepare someone else's food with out washing her hands! Disgusting! The other got the food wrong. Before walking off yet again after shoving the receipt at me with out a word. I go and wait by the counter which was extremely sticky it looked like it Hadn't been wiped down all day. I go to the fountain which was covered in pop. the tables were dirty and piled with dishes. The floor was incredibly dirty. They piled my order all in one bag when I asked for a second one she threw it at me with a snarky attitude. When I checked over my order they forgot my ginger beef. When I asked for it she got snippy and practically threw it at me. I will not be...

So disgusting! Was served ice cold kimchi rice balls... not once but twice! I went back to the restaurant after leaving with my take out and tried one only to find it ice cold in the middle! This is after they stuck them in the deep fryer "apparently"! They made me a new dish and I left again! You think they would cook it longer but NOPE! Thank gawd I tried before leaving the parking lot because again it was ice cold! At this point I was grossed out! I asked for a refund for my full order! Took 5 minutes! They weren't even going to refund my tip! What a joke of customer service and forget about food. Puke! How do you not check the food temp before serving...

We were driving through town, craved some Ginger Beef. Stopped in, first time. The lady and man who run those place are super friendly & nice. The place is a bit loud and seemed very busy for a Thursday afternoon at 2pm, small town.

I got ginger beef and hubs got teriyaki beef. By accident we got served some green onion cakes while we waited - So delicious and light!

The ginger beef was easy to eat, not tough and hard a very good sauce! Yum!!

The teriyaki dish was great flavour, hot and delish, but hubs said it was light on the beef.

A nice pit stop, very good food for sure! Would I return?...
