From I walked in and saw 3 people making one burrito I should have walked out!
The counter/area they were working on was extremely filthy. No hair nets and everyone talking over the food.
The South Asian female making orders (May 16th, 2025) around 1pm needs to be taught food safety. There is no way you’re touching food, then touch your face, then walk over to the fridge to get a refill of cheese and then you’re back to serving orders all while wearing a pair of gloves. Not once did she change her gloves! Absolutely disgusting!
Anyway, I ordered my food and went to work to eat to eat…2 minutes away…the food was freezing cold and a few bites in I end up end up slicing my mouth open and choking/threw up because there was this hard piece of plastic in my food! I called and spoke to the manager and when I returned later they tried to say it was from the gloves…does this hard plastic look like it’s from gloves? It’s clearly from one of the ingredient bags. When the manager offered to remake it I refused and then he offered a refund…him and a south Asian female began speaking in their language and giggling. What was there to giggle about? You people almost killed me! Only because I’ve changed my ways I didn’t curse them people out! But they’ll be hearing more from me!!!!
I do not recommend anyone going here!!! They’re all nasty and do not care about what they’re giving you!
Wish I could give...
Read moreI often see a lot of negative reviews about Chipotle, and I feel like it’s only fair to share the other side of the story. Yes, like any busy restaurant, things can go wrong sometimes maybe an order isn’t perfect, maybe the wait is a little longer than expected but behind the counter are real people working incredibly hard every single day.
From my experience, the crew members are not only hardworking but also genuinely friendly. They juggle multiple tasks at lightning speed: preparing fresh food, serving customers, keeping everything clean, and doing it all with a smile (even when it’s a rush and the line is out the door).
It’s easy to forget that they’re human too, doing their best under pressure. A lot of the negativity I see online seems less about Chipotle itself and more about people venting frustrations from their day. But those frustrations shouldn’t be taken out on the staff who are just trying to provide a good meal and service.
Instead of focusing only on the small mistakes, I think it’s worth noticing the effort, the teamwork, and the positive energy that goes into running the place. So here’s my thanks to the crew keep doing what you do, because there are many of us who appreciate it, even if we...
Read moreVisited this location on August 9, 2025 and had one of the worst Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered two bowls. During the second, the lid slipped from the trainees hands, spilling food onto the counter. Instead of discarding it, the trainer told the trainee to scoop it back into the bowl. When I said that was unhygienic, she suggested adding more food “on top” of what was remaining in the bowl. I had to insist on a new bowl.
The trainer was rude, refused to give her name, and told me to wait for the manager, who never showed up. She spoke to the manager in a foreign language before I was allowed to talk to him. I left and when I returned to the restaurant to speak to the manager, he dismissed the situation as a “misunderstanding” due to stress and refused to apologize. His only response was to give us two drinks and say, “I hope you write a good review now that I gave you drinks.”
Throughout the visit, the staff spoke exclusively in a foreign language, making it hard to feel welcome or assured of proper service.
No apology. No accountability. This location needs urgent improvement in hygiene, customer service, and respect for customers. I will not...
