Cosmic Pizza & Donair — Restaurant in Pilot Sound

The pizza might be ok according to the reviews here.. but the donair was awful. First time we stepped foot in a Cosmic Pizza & Donair establishment. We ordered take out! We got donairs as we wanted to try other donair places to compare. Sooooo disappointed when we got home. Donair had too tangy of a tasting donair sauce and way too much donair sauce which created a sloppy wet mess ( the subtle sweetness a donair sauce was definitely missing) Then to add insult to injury the donair meat was chopped up( YES chopped up) to an almost huge pieces of ground coarse hamburger consistency ! WHAT? Never ever have I encountered a donair meat chopped up at all anywhere else! It’s like they think chopped up looks like you get more meat somehow! Yikes! Please listen up owners NEVER CHOP up donair meat unless asked to do so! Toppings were very few to pick to add on which saves them money( that was very disappointing as well) . We didn’t stand to watch them but we should have because that’s when you can stop them and ask questions ! Are we going back even to try a pizza after this donair disappointment ? NEVER! Just BEWARE and watch how they handle your donair is all I can warn you about. Ask first about their practices of how they present the donair meat and ask what their topping choices are ( especially if you like variety) because you will pay big time for very little condiments inside the wrap! SHRINK NATION is happening in this economy as we are getting less for the big money we spend seems to be the norm now. Get all your cutlery and napkins too -ASK for them ! get them ! as you did pay for them because all their condiments and napkins etc are factored in the prices you pay. No establishment or even McDonalds gives away free napkins as it is factored in the prices YOU just paid! Otherwise it seemed a friendly place . Best advice I gave to myself.. stay home more and eat because SHRINK NATION...

I've ordered twice from this place and I won't ever do it again. I suggest you don't either.

Their pizza is alright, their delivery is horrible. First time it took an hour to have it show. Called and they said he was stuck in the snow. There wasn't any snow.

This time I've waited 1.5 hours and when I called back I was told it would be another 20 minutes. Not sure why it takes almost 2 hours to make an XL pizza and deliver it 600m to my house but I guess it makes sense to them. He showed while writing this, and he went to the wrong house. And the pizza is cold. Had to microwave it. Just keeps getting better.

If you want a pizza from them for supper, order it at breakfast or better yet, order from literally anywhere else. Give your money to someone who values their customers time, money and satisfaction. I'd give negative...

I’m going to try and be nice about this. We ordered 4 large pizzas and 20 wings. The delivery was surprisingly fast, which was the only positive aspect of our experience.

However, the delivery itself was poorly handled. It took two drivers to bring the pizza, though they were polite.

Now for the pizza: it was plain and underwhelming, with very few toppings, and the dough was somewhat raw. Everything about these 4 pizzas was subpar, except for the cheese.

Based on my experience, I definitely won’t be ordering from this location again. The positive reviews must come from people with very different tastes because nothing at this location screamed good food to me.

Even the chicken wings were disappointing; we ordered them hot, but they just tasted like they were coated in basic Frank's hot sauce.
