Perfect texture of tapioca I’m so picky I’ve been to so many bubble tea places but there’s only 3 that I really remember loving the tapioca texture I usually go for fresh fruit no milk places and get watermelon slush but that’s out of season only few places have it my fave places are bubble t and q bubble tea and waffles in wem they have the best tapioca and fresh fruit drinks coco is more of a tea and milk place but still good and their tapioca is definitely up there on the list majority of bubble tea places don’t have good tapioca but I can confidentially say coco is one of the good places so again coco is good for milk teas and sweet drinks and “bubble T” downtown close to Victoria school of the arts is my top fave place ever they have real fruit bubble tea and it’s always fresh owned by a Asian couple they get fresh fruit shipped in from exotic places and than “ q bubble tea and waffles” at west ed mall in bourbon street is second best for fresh fruit coco is good for milk tea but all 3 of these places have good tapioca. So from coco I got a matcha milk tea with tapioca it was 6$ their something which is very good and medium it’s pretty big I ask for half sugar and it’s still sweet but the perfect amount I highly recommend you ask for 50% sugar as it will still be sweet without being overly sweet so perfect they also have a cute light up stuffy claw machine with a bunch of diff cute teddy bears it’s pretty bright and not a lot of sitting area but that might be because they had it blocked off cause they were close to closing the restaurant Is bright lights and neon green and orange seating cute vibe but would be better if it was darker for a diff vibe I don’t like bright lights but it shows cleaness it smelt like bleach so they do clean very well...
Read moreTo be honest, that was my first time there. It's true what they say that first impressions leave a lasting impact. The tea was fairly good. However, I had to rate this a one star because of the staff. There were about 3 workers, and none of them even glanced up when I walked in. They continued doing what they were doing for about a good 2 or 3 minuets before even acknowledging I was there. ( They knew I was there as the place is not very big and they are all standing right in front of the long counter and in front of the till) . I understand finishing something on the cash register but it's clear to me it was pure ignorance as one of them could have looked up and simply said "hello, I will be with you in just a moment". It felt very off, very standoffish, very unwelcoming and very strange. I can't say I have experienced something like this for a really long time at any establishment I have gone to. I did not like it, and it did not leave a good impression. Would have gone back to try other items on the menu. However, I will not be going into that location again. Management should reach the staff fundamentals of business and treatment...
