Drive thru is not properly marked, first I drove into what seemed like the drive thru but then went into a none service road which connected to the drive thru but had to drive over a curb to merge. When the girl was taking my order she didn't get it right on the screen. I repeated myself to make sure she got it all and she asked me to drive ahead. It took almost 10 minutes to get my order, which was 2 loaded wraps, 1 craveable and 2 ice Capps. I drove home and sat down with my boyfriend to find the loaded wraps were more like a slop thrown together and poorly wrapped so much so it was oozing sauce all over the wrapper. Not only that, but the craveable wasn't even in the bag. When I tried to find a phone number to contact the location I couldn't even locate a valid phone number. Read moreThe food was great, but I was in the drive thru & I handed a 20$ bill to the employee or the cashier as so to pay & they dropped it by accident, that’s understandable but she should’ve came outside & helped me look for the 20$ that was lost, but later I walked in & talked to the cashier inside the fast food restaurant, the cashier name was Jayden and we told her about the situation & she started blaming me & my mother as to WE lost the bill & proceeds to argue with us. She later goes on that we should not be blaming the “staff”, we were clearly not but we were just suggest help. In fact how else would you hold a bill? I held it with a firm grip, she resumes to say that we should go look for the bill ourself when we were looking for 13 mins straight. Never had an issue with Tim’s before but this one needs to learn customer service. Decided to dine in and the worker who was in charge of dealing with walk in patrons was so busy dealing with mopping the floor. One of his coworkers has to call him to help the long line of people waiting to take orders and all he did was yell back at them. Screaming What for the whole restaurant to hear. Took my order then proceeded to give me the wrong size coffee and then just poured it into another cup and mix it wrong. So I had to get someone else to remake my drink. Now as I sit and eat he was asked to do something else and just yells what again throughout the restaurant for everyone to hear. The manager needs to teach this guy customer service.
