Fryday Sundae Café - Captain Kidd's Edition (Cavendish) — Restaurant in Cavendish

Rediculously over priced. You get a pound of fries and 5 or 6 small pieces of clams for $19. I seriously thought there was a mistake in my order, but nope, you get basically two mouth fulls of clams for almost $20. Get a burger if you come here. It's the only decently priced thing on the menu.

Also, you almost ran out of fish at 1230 and it wasn't even busy.

On the plus side, while the staff was really young, they were really nice and really professional.

Very unorganized. Long line ups for both ice cream and take out food. Looked like 3 people working. Took 15 mins to go through 7 people. It took 25 mins to get my order of e chicken fingers, only 2 orders ahead of mine. After 15mins waiting when I went to ask how much longer the group were standing around laughing 🤔 I was took it will be right up "I think" it was another 10 mins and when I finally got them they were so over cooked. Although we only wanted a "French fry fix", this turned out to be the perfect quick stop.

Fries were made to order - not just taken from a large batch of pre cooked fries. They were a perfect blend of crispy outside but soft potato middle (PEI best potatoes of course).

The customer service was great - very friendly and personable.

The location offers a great spot to eat, take in the view, and it even has a place for kids to play. All with lots of parking.
