I recently moved to the area and have now tried this place 2 times. The 1st time I was considering with covid regulations and stuff that it was normal for restaurants to be under staffed and maybe slow and service to be mediocre. When I got my food I was not impressed but again, Covid just let things open back up so give it a chace. Ok well today is a different story. The restaurant was full and there were 4-5 girls working the floor. We got in after about 15 mins of waiting. Ok perfect table was cleaned and prepared for us. Wonderful! That’s where that ended. We waited well over an hour for food. Weird cuz The most difficult food was eggs Benedict. The rest was simple eggs and bacon. But wtv! We were 2 teens, 1 child and 1 adult. They served our 1st cup of coffee / water quickly and that’s the only cup we seen until I was annoyed about 1 hour later. I mean, your service is slow (short staffed ok) at least make sure the customers are happy while waiting. Not even a “hey everything ok” while we waited. NOTHING! So we waited and waited and then I had to ask 3 times to get a refill. Almost 1.5 hrs in and we get food. Perfect, right? Nope. We had a hair in the kids food and the eggs Benedict sauce was not healthy looking. It tasted ok so the teenager who was starving ate it anyway and I took the hair out and my 8 year old said “mom I’m too hungry to wait again” so I let her eat it. The waitress was less than understanding and tbh I will never go here again. It’s a shame cuz it’s 2 secs from my house but I’d rather go where they take care of their staff and...
Read moreFirst of all it was about 40 degrees in the dining area.I came to eat at 10:30 we were 2 people and the restaurant was 1/3 full. Since the restaurant wasn’t very full i asked if we could have a banquet otherwise i wouldn’t of asked. The lady sitting us tells me if she gives us a banquet, she’s going to have to clean it up,looking irritated. So i responded yes please??? When we were seated the waitress asks if we want something to drink and i asked since i was born diabetic, if i can have fresh pressed orange juice. NOT JUICE WITH ARTIFICIAL SUGAR IN IT. She says their orange juice is fresh pressed. She comes back and serves us oasis carton juice tasting stuff that clearly did not taste pressed but she insisted that since there was pulp it was pressed fruit. So at this point its 40 degrees in there, giving us a banquet seemed to irritate workers and we are lied to about the pressed orange juice and every sip of my coffee sends more heat to my face and im dressed for fall season. Not going back there even if i’m offered 10 free meals. I’d rather pay...
Read moreI would like to first say that our waitress, the kind blonde, was excellent and did the best she could.
That being said, the poor girl seemed to be the only competent person there this morning, and was apparently taking care of the whole restaurant while the 3 other waitresses sat around doing nothing.
Coffee was cold and tasted as if it had been rewarmed several times. Our eggs were rubbery, fruit was not fresh, and our toast was stale and seemed to have been toasted and buttered earlier in the morning, and then served to us.
While our waitress ran around compensating for the incompetence of the others, we asked another waitress for ketchup. It took 15 minutes for us to decide to ask another table for theirs.
There seem to be some management issues, because no other eating establishment would allow this sort of disorganization, nor would they allow for an entire breakfast service to fall on the shoulders of one young girl.
Do better, stop failing your staff by allowing this sort of laziness from...
