Must try !!! As a caribbean person who travels for a living it's a treat to find a restaurant that captures the essence and flavors of " home" .
Have the Datcha bowl . It's a combination of coconut saffron rice, pigeon peas, sweet fried plantains and you have the option of chicken, beef or veggie. They would offer pepper sauce or spicy sauce ( say yes lol its delicious if you can tolerate) and the food is fresh off the stove! So it's just like eating a hot meal at home.
I ate my bowl in a hurry and forgot to take a pic as I was so excited by the aroma . But I did capture the order of the lucky lobster! Which is a fried Bake ( fried bread ), lobster with some spices. as a trinidadian it reminded me of salt fish and bake but with a hint of curry crab, absolutely delicious!
