Taco Boyz — Restaurant in Charlottetown

I just went to this place and I had a really horrible experience with one the female employee over there. She doesn’t even know that how to behave with a customer properly. I was trying to order a wrap but when I said it a wrap instead of burrito she replied to me in a very bad way by correcting me that it’s a burrito. She doesn’t even know how to talk to customer decently. When I asked her to repeat something that I didn’t understand she gave me a very strange look and replied to me rudely. When I requested her to speak slowly so that I can understand what she is saying, she literally left my order in between and moved away from the counter. This whole incident happened on 21 feb around 9 pm. I never expected this type of service from taco boys and I don’t recommend anyone to visit this branch...

I visited on Feb 27 around 8-8:30 pm and had 3 orders. All three orders were made perfectly by the lady in front.

Burrito was tightly wrapped and stuff was evenly distributed inside it. I politely asked her if she could add some chips in burrito and she did accommodate my request.

The bowl on other side was as spicy as I expected and the taste was bang on.

The third order of 3 tacos was excellent. Again, I requested her if I she can add some insane sauce on one of the taco and she did add the insane sauce.

I would wish to be served always by that lady whenever I visit this location hopefully.

Had an lovely visit at this Taco Boyz location today. The staff were SO friendly and welcoming. Two guys working there showed me a few new sauces that had just come out while I was ordering, and suggested the ones they liked best. They had me try some samples on chips and when I was looking for a specific hot sauce, they explained that they didnt have the one I requested but suggested a different one and I actually really liked it.
