Great coffee! Cool place.

Took our boys here, 10 and 12, after a hike to Carbide Willson ruins on a holiday Monday.

Very cool little place, almost looks like a small barn from the outside.

Staff were great, quick, and were very helpful. I emailed ahead of time, to find out if they were open the holiday Monday (Victoria Day/National Patriots Day). The owner responded very quickly with a yes. Not only did she inform me of her location, and some hints (get there early to ensure you have a big selection of the snack offerings), but also advised me other possibilities in Old Chelsea as well. Exceptional service from the owner, and quite an amazing community feeling, with her advice on what is available.

My wife enjoys coffee much more than I, and she stated the coffee was "Delicious!". A nice Americano, nothing fancy, but smooth and robust. Perfect! A nice beet salad for my wife, homemade chocolate chip cookie and lemon cake slice for the boys, and we sat and enjoyed.

As for seating, the inside is small and quaint, but the outside seating is plentiful. As there are many hikers and cyclists finishing/starting their day here, it can become quite busy. But you are coming here to enjoy a great coffee in a beautiful old Town feel, so enjoy it. Parking at the cafe is limited, and there is street parking as well. On weekends, especially nice weather, it tends to fill up quickly.

Absolutely the best coffee, coffee shop and Manager I have ever seen! My friend and I came to get food and coffee we were having a bad day! Bruce, the manager, was closing the cafe and he instantly felt our energy! He took us despite having to close and went above and beyond to make our day. The coffee was fresh and absolutely delicious! Terrible service at this cafe. I ordered an apple cider from this place. On the sign it says $4.15 and that is not what they charged me. After telling them that and that the sign they have says $4.15 they just said "oh well that's our mistake". Not even offering me a refund or taking accountability for their mistake. The cider was not even that great. As someone that works customer service this was incredibly disrespectful. Also don't bother going to the bathroom.
