The pastries on display look great, no question, but number of complaints in reviews below must tell you something as well. The main problem of this tiny neighbourhood bakery is total lack of space, it is very crammed and their customer service is not very impressive.

I ordered a simple black tea to go here few times and every time had to wait long to get it. Asked not to put sugar (i can't take sugar with tea) and the lady did not pay attention to my request, so she made a wrong tea. They have no oatmilk or almond milk for those who don't want dairy.

As others in some reviews already pointed out, in my experience their service is not always attentive and some of the girls that work there don't know much about what they sell.

On positive side, they have great looking pastries on display. However, their prices are a bit high. You can buy a large pack of delicious fresh croissants or "les pains au chocolat" in any of four Save on Foods in our city for the price of one or two pastries here(hint) (If you want a real neighbourhood bakery experience, to get away from supermarket bakery sections, I would highly recommend to check out "Benanna bakery" Downtown on...

I like to bake. I enjoy good desserts. I expect a bakery to do better than a Costco or Saveonfoods. I've tried 3 things from Cabin Fever: chocolate chip cookies, a Nanaimo bar, and a couple cakes. The cookies were OK. I searched for the softest ones, and they were good. Not great. Pretty plain. The Nanaimo bar though... it just tasted like sugar, maybe a bit of coconut. I didn't taste chocolate and I definitely didn't taste the filling. Still debating just throwing it away as it has been in the fridge staring at me for a couple days (I take a bite or two each day, no desire to eat more). The cakes were at family parties and NO ONE touched them after a bite. Not even the little kids. People ate plain icecream instead. My husband will eat pretty much anything and say it's good, but not stuff from here. If I was starving and in the parking lot, I might try something else but otherwise... I don't usually do harsh reviews, but I am passionate about good baking and this is a bakery! Also a very...

I had previously ordered a cake from this bakery last year and was very satisfied with both the taste and presentation, which is why I returned again this year for my daughter’s birthday. Unfortunately, this time was disappointing.

I tried to provide constructive feedback over the phone, not expecting a refund, just hoping to share my experience. However, I was met with a defensive attitude and a dismissive tone. I was even told, “I knew you were going to call,” which felt unprofessional and disrespectful. As a doctor, I deal with feedback daily and know how important it is to handle it gracefully, whether it's positive or critical. Sadly, that was not the case here.

I’m sharing this review not out of anger but in the hope that future orders are handled with better communication, professionalism, and attention to detail—especially when it's for a child’s...

Just happened to drive by and found this place. They were people seated outside and several inside deciding on what they wanted. It's a little small inside, so we had to look around the people placing their orders. Apparently we couldn't wait to get a look at the goodies. Lost of appealing items, but we limited our choices to the butterscotch bars, the chocolate peanut butter oat bar, and a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with peanut butter cup filling. The cookie was my favorite. The butterscotch bar had a scrumptious shortbread crust and the PB had an oatmeal base. We may go back for the peanut butter and ginger molasses packaged cookies before leaving town.

Firstly I’ll say this place is soooo cute and everything looks delicious! This was my first time shopping here and I ordered a cake for my birthday party. Unfortunately when I went to pick my cake up, the lady who was helping me said “OH you’re the one with the ugly cake!” I hadn’t even seen my cake yet so this made me feel like crap, honestly. (I wanted a messy icing application and this apparently displeased everyone involved lol) She called my cake ugly a couple more times and was being “funny” about it but I really didn’t appreciate it. :( P.s I thought my cake was cute

I was driving through Chilliwack and wanted to examine some of the local business. The Cabin Fever Junction was a happy accident when I turned down a street I had not been to before. When I came inside, I was overwhelmed by all the baked goods they had on display. I had their Pecan Tarts, the Blueberry Explosion Muffin and their heart-shaped cake cookies. I enjoyed every one of them very much. The staff were very pleasant and really enjoyed conversing in small talk. I would love to come back there to enjoy more of their bakery.
