I really have enjoyed Streats here in Sardis, however, went Tuesday and ordered take out and what a mess. We ordered two kids chicken and fries. When asked what we wanted to drink we said No, we are going home anyway. She said it is included in the meal. Come to find out we were charged $2 and change for the drinks. We also ordered 2 fish and chips meals. My hubby had it before and it looked good. I was nothing of the sort. So gross. What's worse is I asked for tarter and she had to call the owner to see if I could have 2 pkgs per meal. Each meal is 2 pc. They have no real condiments only pkgs of a sort. They were completely disgusting. A $52+ order with Zero customer service. We enjoy the tacos and poutine but do not order poutine to go either cause I did and got home to the " smothered in gravy" to be zero gravy. I just made gravy and poured over top. Voila! So no customer appreciation or service really and so cheaply done here with any salt, pepper, ketchup, tarter. Avoid Update: I received an absolute ridiculous reply from this place. With stupid and insulting info. About idk 10 pkgs LMAO. We asked for 2 per order. Which was disgusting. Absolutely ignorant reply to any consumer. Take your chances. As I stated tacos Good and poutine is great also but the people who treat Any consumer in this manner is Gross to say the least. Total deflecting on to the customer and definitely ZERO customer appreciation without doubt. Not any way to run a business....

This little location tucked in to the corner of the complex packs a big punch in quality and quantity for the value.

I ordered the Baja fish burrito and classic poutine (to go), on a monday afternoon.

Right off the hop I saw a fresh piece of fish being battered and dropped in the fryer, as well as what appear to be fresh cut fries. NOT frozen pre packaged from who knows where!!

This food's more fresh than the rhymes of Marky Mark and the Funky Buch!

Taste was amazing. Place was super clean. Funky little armosphere. Comfy seats. And the two girls working were the nicest, sweetest, most hard working ladies I've ever come across in a quick eats type of place.

A MUST GO if you're ever around this end Chilliwack.

For gluten aware/conscious folks the advertising is misleading. Online advertising and the menu (pictured here) states everything can be made gluten-friendly or dairy-free but the staff member said the only options for gluten friendly are French fries and shredded chicken or beef. Tacos are not available gluten free, and gluten free burrito is small and not the same size as the regular but costs more. Would probably avoid if you’re coming here specifically for gluten free options.

Service was pretty bad. Comically, the person who tried to order a combo poutine and drink but without cheese (ie. dairy-free), was told that it would cost more to have fries and gravy than it would to have a poutine. So they just didn’t order anything…
