Chester’s Chicken — Restaurant in Chilliwack

No less than 3 times I was charged for a side I didn't order or want. It was only the last time I realized this is what was happening. This is because poor communication and English pronunciation. The previous times I thought they were trying to up sell, but after the last I realized they had been charging me for the side even though I only wanted the chicken and wedges. Are they able to charge for only the chicken and wedges? I would sure hope so. However I've been charged without clarification before rendering payment for sides I didn't order, didn't want, and didn't accept thinking they were up selling.

I ordered tenders once and was incredibly disappointed in the lack of the amount of chicken; the 4 pieces were all very small. They gave me a (free?) dip with it also assuming I would like the flavour, but the amount of chicken was so little I didn't even use half the tiny portion.

The regular (non tenders) chicken portion has been a lot closer to fair than the tenders for cost. The Chicken and wedges themselves are good, however because of the incredibly poor communication and therefore customer service, I don't believe I will ever return to...

Our first time and we we so hopeful since its literally walking distance from our house. The coleslaw and gravy were good, the wedges were excellent because they were fresh and piping hot. Their special was on chicken tenders so we got those and they were the worst thing I've ever eaten. They must have been sitting out for hours. They were so dry you could hardly chew them! My husband jokingly said "never had chicken jerky before" and he wasn't far off saying that. We are willing to give one more chance because the wedges were so good but will try pieces of chicken next time. Oh and there's no way you should be charging $1 for every packet of dipping sauce!
