The one star is for the food itself that tasted decent though the chicken was on the dry side, but everything else was horrible. There was two ladies working when me and my uncle walked in and it was his first time having a donair ever and donair affair has always been good but the service was horrible from the one lady. The first lady we spoke to from Bangladesh was absolutely delightful and when wr asked her about the food being halal or not, she informed us that the chicken wasn't. We confirmed again just because of the masks ans it wasn't clear and she even offered to show us the box in which the meats came in so we were assured since we have our preference. We'll the other girl came and told her that she didn't need to show us anything and was so rude about it. We all looked at each other surprised from her behavior and the fact that we weren't even dealing with her to begin with and there wasn't even a RUSH as to which we might assume she wanted us to hurry. She then made our donair but the meat was not fresh off the line but already placed in the side so u assume that's why it was dry. The attitude that came from that indian girl was despicable. I can only imagine if a vegetarian comes in and asks if the veggie stuff is cooked with the meat, what she would say then. Honestly some people need to learn what customer service is before they attempt to work in it and the attitude should be checked before she enters work it definitely won't get her anywhere. And a big thank you to the Bangladesh lady who cashed us and smiled through her mask. We appreciate you for working through covid. The other lady, please stop working there if your going to act like a toddler and learn to respect the customer and their preferences...

First day of snow in Chilliwack and we decide to try this place. When we arrive, the lady working the front is clearly extremely grumpy and not a friendly person. No welcoming smile, no politeness.
When she started making our food, we noticed a leak coming down from the ceiling. The leak was coming down in multiple places, including the counter on which they make the food.
I said “I think you guys have a leak” and pointed to the ceiling, the leaks were very obvious, water was dripping down considerably. She responded with “yeah, we know. It’s not in the food area so it’s okay, nothing we can do about it”
I responded with “I actually just saw two drops hit right where you’re holding my food and splash all on the counter”.
She gave me a dirty look, and I decided that it was time to leave.
