Brunch Glory — Restaurant in City of Lacombe

We were driving by in the afternoon hungry, after having no breakfast. I saw a sign on an unassuming building called Brunch Glory. The name called out to me. There was lots of room for parking, so my wife and I stopped in. The inside of the building looks only slightly more inspiring than the outside of the building. However, the menu had lots of options, the service was friendly and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The coffee was good too. The place has a family dinner feel to it and now that I know the place exists, I will definitely go back and try more of their menu. I think the restaurant is a bit of a hidden gem. The food reminds me of what you would find at a Humpty's Restaurant, if that helps conjure up a mental menu. We enjoyed our brunch and we did not...

Left very unhappy … I wait for 60 mins full 1 hr . We asked the waitress when the food will be arrived she said shortly. We give another extra 5 minutes and nothing we asked another table how long they were waiting and they said 90 minutes :( unreal at that moment we understood why the poor kid was crying! A family go to eat and wait for kid meals 90 minutes that it very unreal . In our way back the waitress asked us , you can not wait any longer ? For real ! I will not recommend this place at all . Maybe get some improvements in the kitchen / helper , hiring more people seen busy so get some extra...

The good: the shredded hash browns were delicious, as were the waffles. The bad: eggs were not cooked to order. With being a brunch place, getting eggs right is a big thing, especially with ordering delivery. It’s not like I can send it back and get them recooked.
