Panago Pizza — Restaurant in City of Lacombe

Would give zero stars if there was an option. I'm writing this review to warn everyone away from Panago Pizza in Lacombe. The entire experience was a complete disaster and a total rip-off. First off, let's talk about the price. $51 for an XL pizza? Are you kidding me? That's more than double what I'd pay anywhere else in town, and it wasn't even a good pizza. The real kicker is that they charged me for an extra topping that wasn't even on the pizza. I'd be happy to pay a premium for a great meal, but when you charge me for something I don't get, that's just insulting. The guy who took my order and made the pizza was a short guy with glasses, and he clearly didn't care about the quality of what he was doing. It's a shame because Panago used to be a decent option, but this experience has completely soured me. Save your money and go to Tomato Pies right by the highway—they actually know how to make a pizza and won't rip you off. I will never be...

Panago in Lacombe went above and beyond for me! We were hosting a group event in town and were trying to find the best deal and best quality for our event. I was super excited to find DAIRY FREE options on their menu! This was necessary for our event. The manager was excellent and extremely friendly. He was eager to make my entire experience stress free. The pizzas arrived right on time and the rest of our event went off smoothly! Hate to change my review, as Panago is my favourite pizza. Unfortunately at the Lacombe location, one of the staff (I’m assuming manager/supervisor) is SO rude to the other staff. Comes across as very hostile, throwing stuff around, rushing staff, overall a brutal environment to work in I’m sure. The poor guys look beyond stressed and they deserve much better treatment.
