Basha Donair Sparrow Drive — Restaurant in City of Leduc

Pretty sad looking and tasting falafel, no flavour, over cooked with half pieces and not many falafel for being the main part of the dish and cost of the platter. Tahini is like water and hummus is too runny. Rice is just as bad as the falafel.

On a positive note, food is hot and was in and out with little wait time and the Jarritos Mexican cola is always great!

So unappealing, I only ate the fries, half a piece of falafel, small amount of rice and the pita, didn’t even attempt to continue to eat the rest of the Tahini or the hummus. I am a big eater and fan of falafel platters when they are done right, so this isn’t my first time. And after driving 10 hours today, this is not an ideal meal I was looking for, might as well flushed $15 plus tax...

Used Uber eats and accidentally ordered from this location instead of our usual central Leduc go-to (which is amazing) and this location was disappointing af. The burger patty has an off flavour hoping I don’t get sick, they coated their deep fried mushrooms and corn fritters in salt after deep frying it was grossly salty. The mushrooms weren’t cooked fresh, they were cold and watery and had multiple mushy spots where they had rested against another for too long and were almost a dollar each, such a small bag for the high price. Great service, quick and friendly. I was apologized to for a wait, but I only waited 3 minutes for my food in all. Ended being worth the try.

I picked a Large Donaire combo, and I was able to put together toppings onto it and a variety of sauces. It's similar to how subway makes sandwhiches. I waited for my frys, and for the wait, I got an extra bag on the house, even though it wasn't much of a wait. I really appreciated the smiles and genuine customer service.
