We asked if they still have some soup left, this guy said “yes if you order in 3 minutes, I’m closing after 3 minutes.” We wondered why he was closing before their closing time, ah, he wanted to go home asap😂 He was LAZY and RUDE as heck as other bad reviews. After making sandwiches, he asked us “anything else”, so I asked “what soup do you still serve?” He said “no soup”. I guess he couldn’t understand what we asked first lol

As soon as our payment transaction completed, he pressed the button to put the shutter down, I’m like buddy it’s not 10 yet lol

The rumors is true i dont usually give bad reviews to restaurants that i dine, to go and pick up but this is the worse customer service that i’ve encountered. Attendant should create a positive vibe not an attitude of rolling their eyes to customers. We ordered a platter. We were given a box with 5 barely cut sandwiches. This was for a corporate event and not presented nicely. The sauces I ordered were packaged on the side but two were missing. The subs were very sparse on toppings. Three of the subs were plant based which usually in the store they get filled appropriately, with more veggies than you'd get with meat and cheese.
