Worst experience I’ve ever had at an A&W. ordered and then had to wait a half an hour for my food for my two children and I. Meanwhile the food that was made and ready got taken out from under the warmer and out in a bag and left on the counter out in the cold for my food to get cold. And then when I did finally get all my food and I said something about my food getting cold the ladies at the front argued with me. Then took my food around back and I watch them through the food warmer slide thing, pull my cold good out the bag, put their hands all over it, and then slide it back into the warmer and then the lady came back from the kitchen and put it all back into a bag and said here you go.

Absolutely gross!!! They just kept trying to give me cold food that they went and put their hands all over. They weren’t going to give me fresh food until I said I wanted my money back instead.

Review: I recently visited A & W and was utterly disappointed with the quality of the food and the customer service. The burger I ordered tasted like it had been sitting out for hours, completely devoid of any freshness. The bun was stale, and the patty was dry and flavorless. It was evident that the ingredients were not fresh, which is unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant claiming to serve quality meals.

To make matters worse, when I tried to address my concerns with the area manager, Stacey Patey, I was met with indifference and lack of professionalism. Despite multiple attempts to contact her, there was no  positive response or acknowledgment of my complaint.

Overall, my experience at A & W was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying meal or decent customer service. It's a shame to see such a decline in standards at what used to be a reputable...

I recently tried the new A&W Ruffles Burger, and I must say, it’s a unique take on the classic burger experience! The addition of Ruffles chips adds an exciting crunch that I didn’t expect, making each bite a mix of savory flavors and textures. The beef patty was cooked to perfection, juicy and well-seasoned, as you’d expect from A&W. The pairing of creamy cheddar sauce with the salty, crispy Ruffles chips created a fun contrast that really elevated the overall taste.

While it’s definitely a novelty, it didn’t overpower the burger, which was a pleasant surprise. It’s a great option if you’re looking for something outside the usual fast-food fare.
