Hey Sugar! Bake Shop — Restaurant in City of Lloydminster

I lived in Lloydminster, SK for a short period of time and found Hey Sugar, Cupcakes to be the best cupcakes I have ever eaten. The icing is so good, unlike just butter and icing, each had its own flavour and could be eaten alone. The cupcakes are so good, unlike flour, sugar and fake flavouring, each had a flavour of its own and could be eaten alone. Together the icing and cupcake was a delight to the tongue. The best I have ever eaten in my travels across Canada and the US. I only wish the once a month when I travel from Edmonton to Lloydminster, on the last Saturday of the month, the shop was open. Cute shop in the heart of downtown Lloydminster! For as long as they’ve been open, we’ve been getting all of our cakes here! The creativity is absolutely mind blowing. Our party guests always comment on how beautiful the cakes are, and how sad it is to have to cut into them. But you definitely want to cut into them - they are so so good! We’ve had to get them days in advance due to travel and timing, and they are still magically moist! Their cupcakes are also delicious, and it’s fun to browse the candy selections when we stop in.
