Red Ginger Restaurant — Restaurant in City of Lloydminster

A very disappointing experience.

Frozen vegetables. Instant noodles. Ginger beef that was left swimming in watered down sauce.

Mind boggling that a restaurant, which labels its food as “authentic,” would have the audacity to serve frozen vegetable medley.

Read that someone heard microwaves singing during their dine-in meal. That does not surprise me at all.

I am a week removed from this experience and still so perplexed at the quality. How could a cook or restaurant owner serve this and feel good about it?

We live in Lloydminster, okay alright. Expectations shouldn’t be super high. But never have I ordered Chinese and seen thorough disappointment in every single dish.

It was bad and I will never eat...

We ordered 108 dollars worth of delivery got it instant noodles that were soggy and slimy. Rice was hard. Chicken chow mein had hair in it and was slimy. Took a bite of one of our chicken balls husband pulled a black hair out of his mouth. He wouldn't reimburse us he offered to remake the food... why in earth would anyone want to eat food from somewhere they just had the worst experience from? When we asked for money back he laughed said it wasn't their policy to give money back. Very ignorant and no hair nets were worn either! Never again... waste of a half...

This place was terrible! We ordered five things. The deep fried pork ribs were good! The ginger beef was not deep fried, and it had a sloppy sauce on it. The spicy rice noodles were pretty good! We ordered a chicken,vegetable and cashew dish..the vegetables were peas,carrots and corn like you would get in the frozen section of the grocery store and I’m not sure if there was even any chicken in it, if there was, it was only little tiny pieces. The egg rolls were edible! ...
