McDonald's — Restaurant in City of Lloydminster

This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life and that says alot because I've seen alot of horrendous service but this one is top of the line bad, I'd be surprised if this place is not replaced for a storage compartment for Walmart within the next 5-10 years the service was absolutely horribly slow and the workers Cleary aren't pushing to get things done to any degree, I was observing and as a former fast food worker I can tell just how lazy the workers are and how little they care to provide excellent customer service, they took 20 minutes to give us a large fry, cheeseburger deluxe, bag of apples and a cup for the fountain a job that should take no longer then 5-8 minutes and the burger was dry and lackluster with no extra mayo eventhough we wanted extra mayo and the girl who was previously waiting had to wait an extra 10 minutes for 1 singular order of large fries totaling at 30 minutes for a single order of large fries, I know I'm not the only one who thinks the service is incredibly slow as customers have been seen giving looks of disappointment for a long time, and some of the staff make the visit off putting and sometimes give attitude, I don't think I'll be coming back ever again...

Everytime I visit here there is a lady who has been so racist in her service. She has been making mistakes in my order and as soon as I tell them, there is a cold look on her face even while serving the orders, there is a clear difference between the way she serves order to other people. I have been living in Canada since two years, have met lots of people- white, non-white, indigenous, immigrants. Everybody is polite here trying to accommodate all internationals into the community but there is a complete different scenario here. This location is always a disappointment. The customer service is good however it does take way longer than your regular McDonald's. They are always out of something (for me it's caramel iced coffee) and their food is inconsistent. It's always overcrowded in there with everyone's carts in the way.

I'd come here for the customer service but definitely not for the food. Again they are always out of something. You'd think in a high traffic area it would be better.
