We ordered delivery via their online ordering system. Selected as soon as possible for delivery, then when received the confirmation for the order it stated the delivery time would be 120 minutes (this wasn’t previously stated when placing order for an estimate or we would not have ordered). I then tried to call several times to either cancel order or that we would rather come to pick it up ourselves if then the wait wouldn’t be 2 hours as we hadn’t anticipated that, no answer to the calls everytime calling. Then the 2 hours passed and still no delivery. I called again 3 times and when I finally got an answer they told me it was delivered and accepted by a man- we did not get our order. Then as still on the phone a man came to our door asking if we ordered food, he said it was delivered to his home two blocks away & thankfully he was honest enough and tried to get it to the right place, they said ok so you’ve gotten your food and the call ended. Then once receiving the food noted on the bag the address was written wrong (I went back and confirmed I didn’t make an error in our address placing the order- they wrote the correct house number with the wrong street hence the error in delivery). As a long time guide who has visited hundreds of establishments cross country, I can tell you that there is nothing special here.
The food is cheap, greasy and mislabeled to make you believe it's more than it is. Dishes like Prime Rib, are not Prime, but rather the cheapest cuts of skirt. The pork has often seen better days, pancake mix for tempura, old chocolate in the fountain, recycled meats in dishes like sweet and sour...it is what it is and that's overpriced low quality food.
The decor is tacky and what you would expect from an 80's Asian cinema. Tables, booths, dozens of out of place chandeliers and then TV's playing sports offer the impression of a thrown together hodge podge of what was available at local flea markets.
Despite signs stating complementary birthday meals, I'm yet to hear from one person who actually received the offer and I've known multiple who tried. Always some unwritten technicality as to why it's not available at that time. Overall, there are many better places to choose from. The food and staff at Ka Asian are better...

I don't like writing bad reviews. I really don't. It takes a lot for me to want to invest the time to say negative things. But having just tried to eat here tonight while travelling, I have to be honest.
It was disgusting.
The food for the most part was not good. Some was bland. Some was just... off. Most was overcooked.
All of the cakes on the desert bar were dried out and stale. So were the cookies.
The ice cream machine was the consistency of water.
The chocolate fountain was as well. It should be thick, it was runny and barely stuck to the food.
The service was non existent. Plates sat on the table. No one came to clear or offer refills until we were pretty much done.
