I ordered online, somehow the computer messed up and put pickup instead of delivery when I clearly put delivery. I waited over an hour, and our pizza did not show up. I called customer service, and they said my pizza had been sitting under the warmers for over 40 minutes. I repeat 40 minutes!!!! Granted the computer screwed up and somehow put pick up instead of delivery, however that does NOT excuse the poor customer service at the Spruce Grove location for not contacting their customer when the pizza was sitting that long.. I as well work in the service industry as a manager and would write up my employees for such poor customer service.. The lady on the phone at customer service was trying to defend their actions and not admit they were wrong for not contacting me. Again, poor customer service!!!! So then she gave me 10 dollars off and put through a fresh order. However, that meant my children. One being only 4 years old, had to wait until after 9 to eat dinner... I just don't understand why they wouldn't call. Maybe give the customer 10 min after pickup time, but not 40 while people are hungry. So angry and upset and will not be...

FOOD SAFETY CONCERNS! We ordered for game night tonight and it wasn’t even edible. The toppings slid off the pizza as soon as I picked it up and the dough was so raw I could actually stretch it like a chef. I have never seen anything like this before and I was shocked.
Curly fries were also raw, and the “golden crispy” wings were soggy. I had to rebake and airfry everything before I could serve it. I called customer service to advise that what was delivered isn’t safe to eat and they could only offer 40% off the order as a credit.

Like when I asked for fresh Tomatoes it was extra even though it was replacing the cooked ones and then when I got the pizza there was no tomatoes but I paid for them. Second one was supposed to have meat and extra cheese but it was a second vegetarian with no extra cheese that I paid for. They sent out two new pizzas but the one that was supposed to have meat was not very noticeable a d did not have extra cheese. When I questioned price, the person I spoke to said there was delivery charges and spoke over me and wouldn't let me explain. I finally gave up.
