Ate here tonight......was my very first time here. I ordered the beef donair with sweet sauce. To be honest I was nervous trying a new donair place as the sauces vary quite differently from company to company and restaurant to restaurant. I only ever have the sweet sauce on my donairs as that's my personal preference. As these sauces are made in house on site.....taste and texture can vary significantly from establishment to establishment. Prior to eating here...my favorite donair place was Simply Donair in St. Albert. I can honestly say that both the meat and sweet sauce at Liberty Donairs is very similar in taste. I really enjoyed the donair here at Liberty and will certainly be back. I learned through my visit there as I had a conversation with the guy that was working there( who turned out to be the owner) that he was the new owner of this franchise and only had been the new owner for a month now. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. Because I told him I really liked the sweet sauce he gave me an extra container of it. I would say that the customer service here is exceptional and makes it easier to want to give them my business. If you haven't been here I highly recommend going and giving them a try. Donair places can easily be a hit or miss and the catcher is the sauce and quality of the meat as that really makes the donair. Read moreI made an order ...a donair and mozzarella sticks through skip an hour before my shift ended at work I work in the city and live in stony it was an hour and half before my shift ended which is adequate time I understand their are many elements that may delay timing EI traffic work ect in my case being a front line worker unfortunately I was delayed because of work and didn’t have the opportunity to make the phone call because of my place of work security issues I received a call from the establishment asking where I was and they had to remake my food cus it was over an hour although it wasn’t I told the male worker I was delayed because of my work apologized I was about 10 mins away but was delayed due to construction when I arrived their was other customers I waited and when I relayed why I was their I was given attitude and told the donair that was made was also in the bag for my order because I was told they had to make it again because of me being late originally I do understand and acknowledge the demands of being a restaurant owner but some empathy understanding would be appreciated and the food was not the...

You were warned about donairs being dry and to add plenty of your sauces to accomidate the size of donair, and still the second time and the third, clearly you have never had or made a good donair. All other donairs around the city have sauce dripping in to the bag and for the most part are messy but yours SUCKS YES I SAID IT FOR ALL TO SEE you dont charge your customers 24$ for a donair and fries with two drinks and your food is dry! Im done and you had better get your prices in line with others your customer doesnt need to support your expensive habits so your telling me your drinks are worth 7$???
