Quiznos — Restaurant in City of Spruce Grove

Service here, I believe it is the owner or manager is just brutal. Spent close to 100.00 here over the span of two weeks on lunches and the manager has the audacity to suggest to me that he should charge me for asking for extra onions on my sandwich. Of course when I pulled out an extra 1.50 to pay for the extra onions he took offence to the way I splashed my coins on the counter over to the cashier.

Also over heard another customer trying to order a different condiment on a sandwich that was discounted and he refused to serve the customer his request because it was not the correct condiment with the discounted product.

Hello there, i wanted to start by saying that i personally am a big Quiznos fan and have been all my life making this such a go to location for the fact i know they always have soups and usually every vegetable stocked and ready to go. Every sandwhich that ive had made from these people is perfect for submarine sandwich standards (ingredients are spread throughout sandwhich, bun isnt all the way cut through, sauce is good amount and never dry). And my favourite part would be the workers here. They genuinely always serve me with a smile and if a conversation ensues that smile is followed by a laugh because these guys are just great....

I have eaten a few subs in my lifetime and this has got to be the worst sub I have ever eaten in my life. I ordered the 9" Philly steak on rosemary bread . Dry bread next to nothing for meat as they weigh it in front of you. Cheese instead of put all over the meat properly was just a melted ball in the middle of the bun. Ice tea all for a great price of $16.25 for lunch. This place should be ashamed of themselves. Save your money if you are expecting to be satisfied with a wrapper full of air weight wise. You would need 3 of these to come close to the competition .There is a first and last...
