CALL THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT!!!

When I went it, 1 person was waiting for food and 1 "cook" was behind the counter. I walked up to the order counter but was standing back because I was unsure of what I wanted. I had seen their Fry-yay deal (10% off Wings, tenders and Poutines) and decided to get the fully loaded poutine. I then stepped up to the counter because I was ready to order. I knew I wasn't going to get service right away as the "cook" was still making the other persons food. After about a minute and a half, the "cook" had finished with the other person's food and gave it to them. The "cook" then slowly walked to the back completely ignoring me, even though it was clear that I was ready to order. It wasn't until the door chimed and a food currior came in that he came out from the back and immediately helped the currior. After about 5 minutes of waiting ( in total) he finally came to the order counter and took my order, I had to ask him to speak up because I could barely hear or understand what he was saying. After I had ordered my poutine I had to ASK for the 10% off.

He was NOT wearing gloves or a hair net. As he was preparing my order I had noticed that he had a pair of Scissors in his hand... HE WAS CUTTING UP THE CHICKEN AND BACON!!!

He then PUT THE SCISSORS IN THE DEEPFRYER.... to sterilise them....

At the end instead of handing my food to me, he tossed it on the counter and walked away

I would also like to note that the inside of the restaurant.... if you can even call ot that.... was filthy, it didn't look like the floor had been swept or moped in weeks and the majority of the tables had trash on them... lord knows that it is not busy enough in there for it to get that dirty in less...

I’d like to say I’m a regular customer, always good food and follows instructions. But tonight was a bit iffy, not to sure if the guy that I ordered with who also prepared my food is new or not cause I’m pretty sure it’s my first time seeing him. I ordered a regular Sweet Mongolian combo to go. Opened the box when I got home, first thing I seen was the lime on the top looked to be pretty old and already squeezed, not fresh like usually does so I threw that right out. Also asked for Chow Mein noodles, buddy confirmed that I wanted Chow Mein, I said yes and still got Udon Noodles and found that out when I got home. Still had to ask for my fountain drink cup when I got the food too. Call me crazy but when I’m already paying close to $18-20 for a meal combo which is already pretty pricey as is, I expect to get my order correct according to my receipt without a lime on the top that looks to be old and already squeezed and with the correct noodle. Food was still...

I ordered one stir-fry I was told my meal would take 25 minutes to make. I paid at the counter telling them I would be back in 25 minutes to pick it up. I came back 30 minutes later expecting to grab my stir-fry and go. They hadn't even started. They made the stir-fries for the other customers who came after me which made me mad. I so had to wait more ontop of the half hour. In total it took 40 minutes from ordering my stir-fry to receiving it. Once I got home I saw that the noodles and vegetables were not cooked. I fried them for a longer on the stove. It tasted fine once I refried it. They also forgot my chicken which was an extra cost. It was frustrating having to wait so long only to be rushed along. The service didn't reflect the money I paid. The service is probably better from door dash, they don't seem to prioritize the costumers who show...
