I only go here for your icecaps and frozen lemonades. I used to be a 2 or 3 cups of coffee (double double) every day from your drive thrus (throughs?)... but something has changed with your coffee in the last couple of years. Its not the same anymore. And before you say 'oh Matt, it's you that's changed. Our coffee has always been the same...blah blah blah' I've spoken to several people who also noticed the change. Whatever corporate did with their coffee supplier / processing they need to reevaluate. On a different note (I've mentioned this on other TH reviews and I will not stop because it needs to change back) y'all need to bring back the garbage cans in your drive throughs. The litter with your brand name on it scattered all over the place is mostly the fault of the selfish morons who throw them out of car windows or toss them in the ditch while walking on the sidewalk. That being said, we put some of the blame on you guys for removing the bins from your lanes. Now, I recognise that you have to empty those trash bins probably every 3 hours or so on a busy day. I also get that it attracts wasps during the summer months. Every job has aspects that suck. You've been training your customers for deckades to toss their TH cups and bags in your trash cans in the drive through. Then one day, you remove them. Thr pile of cups I see on the ground just outside your take out window... a bit your doing. As for reviewing THIS store in particular: always friendly staff and usually very speedy and accurate...

Read moreIt's a small Tim Hortons where there is only enough space for maybe 3 or 4 patrons.
They do however have a large kitchen so they serve the full menu.
The manager makes her presence known by barking orders at her younger employees "this is my kitchen" I heard her yell. Not the typical Tim Hortons ambience that I've seen or experienced.
The display or showcase was full and looked good.
The front area needed some cleaning. In fact a full deep clean would do the place some good
The girls at cash were quiet but friendly enough. One even did a friendly wave to a child waiting with her parents.
My ice cap was completes pretty quickly. My harvest wrap was ok.
In the end, I may skip this location but if they made some cleaning and manager attitude adjustments it wouldn't have been as low in my rating. Nothing that they can do about the size but...
